Subway — Restaurant in Custer

I eat here often, and usually don’t have any issues other the fact they’re usually pretty slow. So I’ve recently started placing orders online, and haven’t had any issues until today. I placed an online order from work at 9:30 for two subs, one toasted and one not. The pickup time was 9:50. My mom got there at 9:53 and the order hadn’t been started yet. They explained to her that they didn’t know they’d received an online order. She had to be to work at 10 and had to leave without picking up the subs. That part was no big deal, just a little annoying. I called to ask for a refund and explained the situation to the manager Cici, who was incredibly rude. She talked over me, interrupted me, and told me that toasted subs aren’t made until just before the pick up time, even though they hadn’t been started at all. I was told that I wouldn’t be refunded, but that they would hold the untoasted sub until after I got out of work, 6 hours later. But I still wouldn’t be refunded for the toasted sub. I explained that I wasn’t interested in picking up my sub after 6 hours and I just wanted a refund and was told no. 10 minutes after the call, I received an order cancellation and a refund number. But the interaction I had with Cici was incredibly frustrating. And as the only manager, there’s no one to hold her accountable for treating...

If you are hungry! and want to visit Mt Rushmore you should order to take out and have a great meal sitting in front of the great head scupltures. I've traveled in the Statesmany times and for me this Subway is one of the greatest, I ordered a footlong and I had a lot of veggies and meat it was great. and in my recepit i got a discount cupon form my next order in any kind of footlong! If I visit Custer one more time, I would definitely go to that...

soooo It is WINTER, and a few times now we have gone to subway for soup and they have none! It is disappointing for the locals who have very minimal choices here to eat out and in the winter many enjoy a nice cup of hot soup.
