Soo where do I begin. I grew up in the area and cutler ridge mall (im sorry southland mall lol) had changed so much since I've been gone. I was excited about the fact there was a Cuban restaurant in the mall. The food looked great and so I asked the young lady about the different type of chicken and she was super rude! I mean beyond! I asked in a very friendly and excited way "Oh, what kind of chicken is this one? " her nasty response "Chicken". Me playing it cool because I'm giving her the benefit of doubt, "oh I know its chicken", I said with a smile, "but what is it called?" "Chicken" nasty and rude again. Seriously I don't know if only family works there, but if so the owner needs to teach them how to value the customers. They need to smile a little bit more we are...
