Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

DRY PIZZA. Tomatoe sauce is non existent. I was suppose to make this review a year ago when my husband suggested we opt for dominos instead of Papa Johns. I already knew their pizza lacked sauce but to please my husband i agreed to Dominos. Only to be completely disappointed. That was a year ago. To which even he agreed that the pizza was dry and just a waste of money and waste of carbs. The second time we got dominos was because they had some promotion going so we figured we try again. SAME RESULT a smear of tomatoe sauce. Disappointment. We ended up giving the other pizza to our dog. He didnt complain lol. The third and final time which was .... About 2 weeks ago we ordered from them cause they were the nearest.. SAME RESULT dry pizza.... I literally had to open a can of tomatoe sauce NO LIE. This is my honest review and my biggest complaint i simply dont get it ... Is it just this location that has a tomatoe sauce budget or...? Its been a year and i finally needed to get this off my chest cause i honestly dont get why your pizza is so dry. Sorry to the manager and employees i know we all have families to feed (pun may or may not be intended) but all you have to do is put tomatoe sauce on your pizzas!! Papa Johns out here running the game and they give complementary garlic sauce with a pepper...

Ordered online. Good website order as normal. It went bad from there. The order (wings, pasta, and pizza) was completed and out for delivery in barely 5 minutes? The driver did not follow directions and came to the front door ringing the bell and waking up the baby there. Directions was to leave on chair next to side gate. The owner was mad. I had to give them a couple of slices to calm him down. Pizza was cold. Obviously it was premade and tasted like it was made 2 hours ago and left in a warmer to dry out. Thin crust does not do well at all left in a warmer. My wife was so mad she took the pizza and went to the location to return the pizza and complain. The review will continue.. The manager argued with my wife that it was fresh. How do you make a pizza, chicken wings, a pasta bowl box it all up and be out the door to deliver in 5 minutes? They must have a time machine. The manager finally asked what my wife wanted after arguing about all the complaints. Terrible management. Should have been a simple apology and offer to make a fresh one or refund. I hope Dominos Corporate is listening. This person should not be a manager. Poor example. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I ordered a pizza at 8:15 PM, and over an hour later, it still hadn't been prepared. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing.

While waiting, I noticed several concerning issues. The phones were ringing continuously, yet they had unplugged them to avoid taking calls. Additionally, none of the staff members were wearing gloves while handling food. I observed them handling cash and then immediately preparing food without washing their hands, which is quite unsanitary.

When I finally asked about my order after the long wait, the staff member handed me a cold pizza. It was clear that it had been sitting there for a while. The New York pizza looked unappealing—very small, almost like a medium, and hardly any cheese. The Hawaiian pizza had large bubbles on each side, making it look even worse.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, as I used to appreciate their service. However, the behavior of the staff today was unacceptable. They were cursing at each other while managing orders, which created a very unprofessional atmosphere.
