Went through drive thru to start. Already could tell from the tune of how the order was taken;wasn’t going to be happy we are there. Bill came to 32.30 cent. It took awhile to get change for 100 dollar bill which was concerning and when we got the food to check to make sure everything was there; fries are cold. Peach lemonade had all flavoring at the bottom. No attempt to blend it. Fish sandwiches and jalapeño poppers where also cold. Pulled around to ask for fresh fries at least. Decided to go inside because she sounded upset. No sorry or anything. Just said pull around. Went inside. Had to cut on the record on my phone. They slammed the food in the trash. Was doing a lot of laughing and whispering. I’m really concerned they did something to our food. The literally dropped our same fries in the grease and gave them back to us. The guy pulled to fish Patty’s from the back. Then dropped them.Just wanted fresh food. I could have when to a restaurant and paid that. I love the fries there. I don’t eat anything but seafood. This restaurant never like to work. I literally have to go across town to get better service. Love Arby’s but this makes me nervous. Wish I could do no stars for this location. Read moreIf I could give less than one star, I would. I went to this arbys, before closing time at 9:30. The light was on and there indeed was a person, but they were on their phone to even realize I was at the drivthrough. Not only this, I even went up to the window and said hello several times. I then left, to go to the one on state road. I understood the waiting. the lady with the redish hair frustrated on the mic, she didn't need to take her attitude out on me. I asked a simple question about the chicken sandwiches. Timewise, there are less staff now and they're trying to go as fast as they can, so i understood that part. After 15mins of waiting, I got my food, but hadn't receive my fries, went back around, waited, got the fries and went home to now.cold food, opened my chicken sandwich and it was not cooked. It was pink and raw. I called several times, got no answer. I went to the Arby's site and filled out a form explaining and sending the pics I have about the incidents at both locations, only to not get any response back. Read moreI hope that Arby's never gets rid of their $1 menu. I really enjoy their sliders, plus the dollar drink and fries . I generally mix up the sliders, like everybody else does. I get good service and decent fast food at a solid price at Arby's , during their 2 to 5 DOLLAR deal . It's for 7 days a week ., which is really nice .90% off the workers do a great job at this Arby's . They'll casually speak with you with a courteous smile. Some others , well , that's to be expected at any place. Those who say hi back are supposed too. Those who don't , weren't . It's just that simple . We all can't be happy all the time.
