Ive gone here everyday for the last two years. I get a large cold brew with extra sugar. At least half the time they give me ice coffee which tastes drastically different and is really quite disgusting. Thats why i started spending the extra for the cold brew in the first place. They charge me for the more expensive cold brew and dont tell me its actually ice coffee. Just hand it off with a cold brew sticker. The other half the time that i do actually get a cold brew, it doesnt have sugar in it. The staff is entirely unproffesional and has little to no customer service. A prime example was very recent. The rather ample african american woman didnt say a single word as i approached the counter. No hello. No what can i get for you. Silence. Then had the audacity to get snarky with me when i didnt want the receipt. Holding it up and saying "save the trees" with an incredibly condescending tone. I then informed her that the plastic cups her employer uses cause vastly more drastic damage to the environment than receipt paper. Which is also about 30% plastic. Overall my entire experience over the last two years has been so bad that i actually wasted my time writing this out just so all of you swell people would know just how bad this dunkin is....
Read moreBy far the WORST Dunkin in NEO BY FAR! The service here is honestly some of the worst out of any franchise or restaurant around. The staff is consistently both rude and lazy. I get a coffee with cream and sugar, and a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. No matter how busy they are, it consistently takes 10 minutes plus. The manager here just seems entitled. Has no problem telling you to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. I literally worked at dunkin. The objective goal in drive thru is 125 seconds. Not 1,200. A bagel is literally slicing the thing in half and putting it in the conveyor toaster. You don't s even have to put cream cheese on it if you don't want to, because they're packs of it. The reason food takes so long here is because of the consistent laziness shown by staff. After walking in one morning to see why a bagel takes 20 min. It's clear they all stand around 1 little black girl who makes ALL the food. Lots of lollygagging around. Maybe if the rest of the staff would actually move around and help, you could push more than coffee efficiently. BTW, that little black girl deserves a raise. She works her ass off. Read moreI’ve given this Dunkin sooooo many chances and I think I’ve finally decided to stop. I came 10 minutes before I needed to leave for work..ordered my coffee..(a medium shaken espresso) waited the whole 10 minutes noticing others who ordered after me were getting there coffee before I said anything to the people behind the counter. Finally I went up and asked how much longer and they couldn’t give me an answer because there were still people ahead of me waiting. Then proceeds to say they need more help and if the espresso machine would drip faster I could have my coffee sooner. I disregarded at the time because obviously they do need more help but I don’t believe it takes 10 minutes to brew espresso. I waited another 5 minutes before I asked the girl at the register for a refund and she told me she didn’t know how to do that and had to grab the manager, which I didn’t have time for so I left. I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t get a full refund for the drink. This was the last time I came in and haven’t been back since. I like to think I treat the employees with kindness and respect, I always tip..I just can’t understand why the respect and kindness...
