Rockne's — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Single worst evening I've ever had at a Rockne's in my life. Slow server, of the two beverages that were ordered, one was incorrect, the other tasted "dirty" like the glass or lines needed cleaned. Maybe 40 people in the restaurant at 7:30pm. Server returned to the table 5 minutes later and was dismissive with the beverage complain stating, it was the correct beverage and we were wrong. Another 5 minutes for the replacement beverage. Then immediately left rather than ask if we knew what we wanted. Observed server talking with bartender rather than serving tables. Finally returned to allow is to order food (15 minutes from arrival), ordered an appetizer and two entrees, waited approximately 5 more minutes (actually quite speedy) and the server brings the appetizer and one entree, stating that is all we ordered. Did not ask if we wanted another beverage or anything at that time. Needless to say we ate what we were given, and when the server returned with the check, did not ask if we wanted more beverages or dessert. I paid the bill and left. Will NOT return to this specific establishment, and may never return to...

Our first time visiting since moving to Ohio from Missouri. We ordered: Appetizer = Bacon Cheddar Fries; husband = Fried fish & chips with coleslaw; and I ordered the Fajita Platter.

Nothing spectacular about the food. Not really flavor ... we both tried all the food. My chicken was dry & didn't have much taste, didn't come with or even have guacamole, but did come with a cheese dip that tasted like Velveeta & Rotel. My husband's onion right were definitely fresh, but again ... not much taste. The coleslaw was about as good as KFC's coleslaw. He said the fish was just ok (this is the only thing I didn't try bc I don't like seafood), but that he didn't like the onion rings. He ate everything but about 5 onion rings. Of my food, I brought home more than half ... we'll see if I finish it tomorrow or throw it out.

We do want to visit at least 1 more time and sampling other menu items. It is possible that we just selected bad items.

One super positive thing ... our waitress was super sweet!! If the rest of the staff are as good as her, you'll at least get...

Stopped here on 2/22 around 6pm with my husband. We walked in and was told by the young female working that we would have to wait 10 to 15 for a table. Said fine, absolutely no problem with that. We sat and waited for around 5 minutes when a pair pf young men walked in and requested a table. They were taken immediately to their table by a young male. I looked at the female who was standing there smiling at me and I said to her "are you kidding me right now?" She just smiled at me with a snotty look and said "sorry." Nope not ok! I requested a manager and she left to get one and came back with "they'll be out in about 10 minutes." Nope not waiting, at this point you had both my husband and I upset enough that we'll never spend a dime here. This place needs to retrain their staff, apparently they don't understand how to seat their patrons in a proper order. Very...
