Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Cypress

This was our first and last visit to Charleys Philly Steaks. I understand it the holidays so we didnt mind the 20 minute wait in line. Our order was $27.34 ; 2 drinks 1 small fry and 2 regular sandwiches. The young girl "LAURA" was inappropriate, rude , discourteous and so disrespectful. We order our food and waited on our sandwiches, once we realized we weren't given our French fries, I had to go back to LAURA... I told her with my receipt in my hand, we had not received our fries. She pointed to some random fries on the counter!!!! I saw them there earlier because , like I said, we waited 20 minutes... i assumed they were a sample display because there was some random bacon fries with a fork in them sitting as well.... LAURA ignored me and again pointed to the old fries... I told her , I would patiently wait until some fresh fries came up that a crowd of individuals hadn't walked by the fries on the counter.

It is with high hope's LAURA receives some customer service training. This is LAURA in the photo, I took while at the eating establishment.

We do not want young people fired, just educated to work with the public. I was visiting...

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Charlys location at all cost. Me, my wife and daughter went there an hour before they closed and requested all flats well done like we do with the Wingstop, Wingzone and all other Charleys locations we’ve visited and the “manager on duty” told us they don’t HAVE ANY flats but all drums, which we thought we was ridiculous and we told them so. Once we pulled up and told them in disbelief how that makes no sense the MOD “person” closed the window on us in the drive through and refused us service. I went in and requested the GM/Owner information and had several people tell me they were the manager. To say the least I was extremely upset and told them to do a better job and we won’t ever do business there again. The “person” was rude, condescending, poor communication skills and a flat out embarrassment to anything I think the people who started this company would want to...

Went there about 5:30 PM Sunday. The place was just filthy with empty straw containers on the floor, fries all over the countertop where you receive your food. Trash on top of the catchup dispenser again where you receive your food. All of this is within arms reach of the guy serving everyone. The kid taking the orders kept talking in Spanish like he didn't understand English. The cheese fries had the cheese they use at the cheap carnivals kind of stale and nasty tasting. Not a very pleasant experience. Makes you wonder if what you're eating is safe if they can't even keep the counter where they're taking your order and...
