HAWAII CAFE — Restaurant in Cypress

Updated 1/9/23: Removed 2 stars. My sister & I were going to grab a quick lunch here but found they had completely removed the Sandwiches or anything similar from their menu. For food, they only have bowls & soups on the menu. I also asked the guy behind the counter & he confirmed they no longer make sandwiches or wraps/burritos. We were sad & disappointed 😕 and left.

My hubby got a Kimchi Sandwich, I got the Blue Crab (under Hawaii Sandwich) & my sister got the same as me.

They cut the sandiches in half so it was easy for hubby & I to switch 2 halves to try both sandwiches. They were both Excellent - please note the Kimchi Sandwich has thinly sliced jalapenos which are unexpectedly super duper spicy (originally I thought it was the kimchi 🤣). When they are actually open, its my favorites boba place to go to!!! BUT my three stars is because: This I think is the 4th or 5th time Ive come during its "open hours" and its not open, no one is here. It says online 11-6. Most of the time its 1-5. Honestly, love the Poke Bowl (chicken Nugget)..Omg delicious and had the Fruit Tea(Pineapple) delicious, so good, went back the next day, highly recommended.
