Donot buy any product from Tory Burch at 290 outlet mall. Today, I came back to return a purse which was purchased a few days. After the return was done, I ask the cashier to check if I let anything inside the purse. While the male cashier was checking for me, the white young mean looking asked me why I wanted him to check the inside. I told her that I put my key inside the purse for one day to make sure it was not in there. The white girl told me I cannot returned it because it has been used for one day. I kept telling her that I just put my key inside for a day and I only looking my self in the mirror and I didnot like the purse. The young white cashier told me I cannot leave store because I already used the purse for one day. She treated me like I am a thief who just stolen the purse from Tory Burch store. She told me that I cannot leave store and I have to purchase the purchase again. She was very rude. She accused me of telling her I had used for a day. She told me she had a camera to record that the purse has been used. The mean cashier was starring at me and told me I supposed to read the policy in the back. I was very upset and told her that I am leaving in high pitch voice. She told me she will call the security. The high end store like Tory Burch has the worst customer service in America. It sells very expensive merchandise treat the customers like a criminal. How the brand name store like Tory Burch has very unprofessional, rude, mean staffs to the customers. Torry Burch's staffs need to be trained how to treat their customers like MC Donald, Walmart or Dollar Tree. Tory Burch is selling hundred dollars items but the customer service is worse than Staffs at Walmart or Dollar Tree store which sell dollar items. Walmart or Dollar Tree treat the customers ver nice, professional and caring. Do not shop at Tory Burch store Premium Outlet Mall with very bad...
Read moreThis store does not even deserve 1 star. This store has the most incompetent and inconsiderate staff from the sales lady to the manager. I have never had to write a review on any business until now. On Sept 1 @ around 6:30pm, i brought my dear mom, my sister and my cousin who is visiting from out of the country to this store to buy them a special gift to celebrate a special occasion .We spent a good 30 minutes trying out shoes and each of them picked one out. I paid $387.75 for three pairs and very politely asked if they can be put in separate bags because they are my gifts to my family and we are going on separate ways after the purchase. The sales lady blatantly said she can't do it because it's their store policy. I explained that the shoes are my gifts to these 3 special ladies in my life who are with me and that I'd hate for two of them to walk out of the store with an unbagged box of shoes. I understand that the bags has a cost thus i offered to pay for the extra bags. She said sorry i can't do that, store policy - one bag, per transaction per customer. So i asked if i can pay for them in 3 separate transactions. She said, it has to be purchased by 3 different people using 3 different credit cards. Now she's just being stupid! Right??? Are you f$!#ing serious???!!! We asked for the manager who basically said the same thing that's it's one bag per transaction per customer! How ridiculous!!! I ended up returning the other 2 shoes just to make them realize how ridiculous they are and their policy!!! They lost $258 in sales because they did not want to give me 2 extra bags that i offered to pay for in the first place. I own multiple businesses and i hope to God i don't ever have employees like these...
Read moreHorrible experiences. My first time going in, I had went with my friend. We’re both younger so naturally we don’t get greeted or engaged with. We needed a pair of shoes and no one has asked us if we needed help. Poor customer service from Tory Burch, especially with it being a weekday. The second time I went in with my boyfriend. I was helped by Cynthia who grabbed me the pair of miller sandals I was looking for. I was still deciding on the color but she constantly followed me around and asked if I needed help. She asked AGAIN if I still wanted them, so I finally gave them to her while I decided. After I decided, I went up to a different lady (older) and asked her for the tan miller sandals in a 7.5. She laughed and said there were multiple colors and was just acting extremely entitled for somebody who was 70 years old working in an outlet. She later had a guy come and bring me the sandals. When my boyfriend and I went to checkout, Alexander was extremely unpleasant. He tore up the paper in my shoe box and threw the box in a bag. He didn’t hand me the bag but instead, he placed it on the counter without saying much until I walked away. When I went to walk out of the door, there was a larger lady who I imagined would open the door for me as it’s her job and she was blocking the way. But she didn’t, and laughed when I looked at her funny. The customer service was ridiculous. I’m a college student and as retail being the only job I’ve ever had. I know what good customer service is, and it...
