Zales Outlet — Local services in Cypress

I used the chat online first today but the agent online was no help at all. He said I needed to walk into a store since he was unable to answer any of my questions. So I walked into Zales outlet wanting to purchase a male ring for my husband. I stood and waited over 10 minutes while one employee wiped down the glass window. I asked her if she could help me but she said after she was done cleaning the glass. She then went to mingle with another employee for another 5 minutes until the manager asked her to stand by the door. The employee didn't even express that she advised the customer (myself) that she would assist me next. She just went to stand by the door as I continued to wait. Horrible customer service. I believe since I look young they didn't seem to prioritize helping me with my purchase so I left. I am so upset since I wanted to take advantage of the black Friday sell and buy my husband the new ring that he wanted. I will never step foot in that store again. Me and my girlfriend went in to pick her out a ring. she loved one that was online so they had to order and resize. All the paper work was done and paid for. Couple days later she received a email saying her order was canceled. She was calling everyone she could to find out what the problem was. so finally they told us tge reason it was cancelled was because they didn't have her size. We knew that but we were going to get it resized anyway. So they finally re order it and get everything going again to cone find out they did the same crap again. Their excuse now was it was sold when they had re posted it online. I will never ever in my life will do business with these people who are not educated enough to take care of business when asked to.
