We just went to this store today Oct.12 and the manager of this store is very unreasonable , rude and unprofessional .We bought different michael kors items in this store worth $607.20 and their special offer is additional 20% plus additional 15% if you bought more than $500, which is the same policy in Round Rock and San Marcus Outlet. The sales man Leaway, was amazing and has a good customer service, which is why I bought items more than $500 so he can get credit for helping us. So after making a payment I was asked by the cashier if I want to hold the items we bought by hand, which I was surprised why, he was asking that? we bought 12 items, and I was shocked to know that they don’t give shopping bag because of the discount they gave us. We also get same discount in Round Rock and San Marcus but they still put the items we bought in a shopping bag. So the cashier asked the manager if he can put the items we bought in a shopping bag but the manager wants to charge us $ 5.00 for one piece of paper bag. That is ridiculous, because she is willing to give a free shopping bag for a customer who bought one item but she refused to give me one piece of a paper shopping bag for the 12 items I bought worth more than $600. She said it is a new policy and when I said to just cancel the transaction if she is not willing to give me a one shopping bag for all the items I bought, she said she cannot because it is final sale. That is crazy. She doesn’t deserve to be a manager because she does not know how to solve a problem, she just walk away and pretend to be busy. I think she is also racist. This is my first time to experience that a manager insisting on charging us $5.00 for a paper shopping bag because we bought a lot of items. We will never go back to that store. And that policy sucks. I want to give this store 0 star.Round Rock manager and San Marcus outlet manager are way better than her. This manager needs more training and Michael Kors needs to solve this kind of policy. We never had this problem in other Michael Kors Outlet Store. Only here in Houston...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors location. As a paying customer, I did not feel welcomed or treated with basic courtesy. They didn't greet or thanked us either.
Cashier lady showed unnecessary attitude, and another (an African American ) mocked me when I asked for a purse in packaging instead of the floor model. They laughed at me, saying “it’s not fresh vegetables,” even though the store itself uses “fresh” terminology when referring to products. This was not only rude but also unprofessional.
Additionally, when my child accidentally spilled a few drops of water, the cashier handed me napkins and expected me to clean the floor. It made me question whether children are not welcome in this store, and whether all customers are treated this way. If someone spills coffee or another drink, is every customer expected to clean it up themselves—or was this discriminatory and racist treatment directed at us?
Despite this treatment, we still purchased two handbags, but left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Sales lady showing bags was friendly and great. A brand with Michael Kors’ reputation should hold its employees to higher standards of professionalism and customer service. Customers should never feel mocked, singled out, or harassed in...
Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences at Michael Kors recently from the manager named Brian. From the moment we asked for a different shoe size, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by simply asking for help — which is his job.
Instead of being helpful or courteous, he came off stuck-up and annoyed, like he was too good to deal with us. His tone was disrespectful, and he made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. There was no reason for that kind of attitude, especially when we were polite the entire time.
It’s really disappointing to see a manager act this way. If this is how Michael Kors trains their leadership to treat customers, I won’t be...
