COACH Outlet — Local services in Cypress

Customer service did not meet expectations. My boyfriend is graduating college and the only thing he wanted was this messenger bag. We saw this at the Coach Men’s Outlet in Cypress and it was the last one. The last one they said in any store. It shows a lot of creases in the sides, and a scratch on the front. Not the condition it should be in new. I said I’d buy it because it’s the only thing my boyfriend wanted, but would appreciate them working with me with even a 5% discount because of the condition. They refused and said I didn’t have to buy it and could wait for future releases. In my personal opinion, they were somewhat dismissive and didn’t meet the customer service levels that the store in the San Marcos Outlets do. They said the leather is just like that and it’s normal. I have multiple Coach purses and that is not true.

Came to the Coach Men's location to have a moto jacket I bought online exchanged for a smaller size. Unfortunately they did not have the size in stock. You would think this would be a simple process, but apparently Coach has made it unnecessarily complicated. However, I was blown away by the outstanding service that the staff displayed. Specifically the associate Andrew, who took the time to contact Las Vegas which was the closest area that had my jacket size. He reached out to the person there and worked with them to get me the price match, shipping, and return that I needed. He did all of this while displaying complete professionalism and patience that I did not receive from the coach's own customer service line for the online orders (which had me on hold for over and hour and then were rude). As a family we are regular customers there. And we always had good experience there , But today for the first time we had a really bad experience from the counter were we make the payment , we asked to put the coupon and it was very unprofessional behavior and rude manner the Hispanic dude who was standing there( don't get me wrong , I have lots of Hispanic friends who are close to my heart). Then I went to another one and this Hispanic dude was standing behind me and showing him some actions and the second guy act like he was putting my coupon and told me it was invalid..( I fact he was acting like he put those number , but he put different number.. I saw with my own eyes..) We never expect such a bad taste from a big brand like this.. so we left all the 3 bags there and left the place.
