My wife ordered an online order for delivery however the app put it at the wrong store. The manager Robert called to tell my wife that his drivers would not be willing to make the extra 10 minute drive to our house. My wife then asked if any driver would be willing to make the drive since the app doesn't allow you to choose your store for delivery and Robert started yelling at my wife and said "I don't like your tone with me" and then hung up the phone before she could confirm the order was canceled. She called back to confirm and Robert the manager answered again. She asked if the order was canceled, he yelled at her again, and hung up. I called a third time and spoke with a very nice assistant manager who told me that Robert the general manager was out on a delivery. He said he could assist me with my issue with how a general manager treated a customer. I explained the situation and how my wife got upset, rightfully so, by the sheer level of disrespect shown by a general manager. All of a sudden Robert grabbed the phone from the helpful assistant manager and told me we were harassing his store. I attempted to explain how disrespected we felt as customers just trying to simply order pizza. He completely talked over me, berated me and then yelled something I couldn't understand because his voice was trembling so much from dealing with a customer calling for answers as to why he was so rude. Read moreSo it was game night and we decided it was time for pizza and brews. I have ordered from this location a few times before and they're slow and make frequent mistakes but it's pizza an you won't get much complaints out of us. That was until about a month ago when after waiting three hours with no contact, the pizza app told me that the pizza was delivered yet we were food-less. I called to be told that they were busy and hung up on. THEN I called again to be told that they threw away my pizza since 'I had not answered my phone' and 'had not answered my door'. Both were incorrect and easily disprovable. Then they had the gull to ask me to pay again and wait another 2 hours for another delivery. I promptly told the kid where to stuff the extra pizza and deleted my reward program and account on their webpage. Every game night since we've decided to go to Pizza Hut instead, maybe now that you guys have fewer customers you'll be able to get pizza out in half the time it takes for me to pass the last brick of a pizza of yours I actually did receive. I recommend go elsewhere for pizza, or if you want to get pizza delivered for a group just order it on lunch break at work so that it might have a sliver of a chance to make it by 11 PM. Zero stars would be more appropriate since they basically stole my money but the lowest I can give is One.

Read moreMy order tonight was en route to my house that is less than 5 minutes from the store for over half an hour because they drive to the furthest destination and then stop at multiple destinations on the way back to the store. The orders could all be delivered faster if they started at the closest customer and made their way to the furthest one. As a result of this, my order was cold. When I tried to use the "Delivery Insurance" it said that the order had not been delivered yet and that I needed to call the store. I waited over 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone at the store. No one answered.
The store is apparently severely understaffed and they do not seem to have any interest in correcting that. The other day, I placed an order over 4 hours before the store was supposed to close and they cancelled it due to not having a driver. I called the store and after a wait of about 30 minutes on hold, they said that they were closing and that I could expect a refund. If they were not able to fill orders, they should not accept orders. I reported this issue to corporate customer service who sent me an email saying that it was being forwarded to the store.
