February 21,2024 In the past, I've always frequently ordered my subs from Subway or Jason's Deli, and nowhere else. I've had Jersey Mike's samples over the years at parties and various events, but I've never had the experience of what they fully have to offer in a sub. Although I love a good sandwich/sub, I don't eat them as much as I used to in the past. However, I was really in the mood for a great tasting sub on this particular day and decided that this was a wonderful opportunity to see what Jersey Mike's is all about. When I walked into the building, I was not greeted by any of the workers that were behind the ordering counter. Although they saw me and heard the door chime when I walked in, they were all concentrating on the task in front of them. I stood there for about two minutes or so before someone finally acknowledged my presence and asked me if I wanted to order anything. I'm looking at him like, "duhhh yes I would like to order something. Do you think I'm just standing here for fun?" But I decided not to say that out loud and to keep it friendly, lol. Anyway, I already knew what I wanted to order because I had searched the menu online before making the trip. The guy that waited on me was friendly and cordial. However, he did not offer an apology for allowing me to wait without informing me that someone would be with me momentarily. Good customer service is to greet the customers upon entering any establishment and if you're busy with some other task at the moment, one just has to simply say, "I will be with you in a moment ma'am/sir." It's not calculus. It's really that simple to just say those few words to a paying customer so that they won't get the feeling that they're being ignored. I felt very uncomfortable and I nearly walked out without ordering. If I had been ignored a second longer, I would have walked away. Moving along, I ordered the Turkey and Provolone sub which is one of their cold subs. For my add-ons, I asked for banana peppers, hot chopped pepper relish, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, black pepper, and mayo all on white bread. Guys when I bit into the first bite, the flavors of the hot chopped pepper relish infused with the flavors of the onions and banana peppers exploded in my mouth like 4th of July fireworks. The chopped pepper relish appeared to be chopped red peppers, but done just so like pickled relish. I've never heard of it or tried it before, but it really set the sandwich off. It was absolutely delicious with a bit of a spicy kick. I kept thinking to myself, "now this is a sub!" I couldn't stop taking bites and I knew that I needed to take a moment to breathe and then continue but it was so delicious that I just couldn't help myself. I finished that sub in record time. In conclusion, Jersey Mike's is a legit sandwich shop that serves fresh and great tasting subs. I truly enjoyed my sandwich immensely! The bread was fresh and flavorful and the turkey was also fresh. I hate it when I order a sub and the meat has that un-fresh taste because it's old. It throws everything off and makes me sick to my stomach. Jason's Deli is known for serving old-tasting meat on their sandwiches, which is why I stopped ordering from them in the past. I really liked Jersey Mike's and I believe I will patronize them again in the future but at a different location. Hopefully, this location will work on their customer service skills because it matters significantly. I gave them three stars for their delicious sub. However, the dining area is tiny and was a bit cluttered and messy during my visit because a worker was using some of the area and had boxes and other stuff on the tables. I could hardly get inside the door upon entering and exiting because of this. I'm glad that I was getting my sandwich to go because the atmosphere was not inviting at all. I do not recommend this location because they need to make some serious adjustments when it comes to good customer service and creating an environment that's clean, friendly, and welcoming for all of their paying customers.

Steer clear if you are looking for a clean restaurant. I went there today to get a cold sub, but after looking at the slicer and the fact that it hadn’t been wiped down for a very long time, I decided to go with a hot sub. However, even the grill was dirty. I get not being able to clean up when there is a rush, but there was 2 other people in the restaurant. They had plenty of time and people to make sure the restaurant and equipment that they make our food on, was wiped down. For the price we pay, for what is supposed to be fresh, high quality food, they can at least make sure the slicer is clean.

The subs are fresh & tasty! I had no clue they had a Jersey Mikes right by my house since it’s kinda hidden all the way on the side next to HEB. There was a sweet girl that stopped by my salon and handed me a free coupon to try out their subs & I would for sure come back next time to try out other stuff on their menu. The Philly cheese steak & Italian subs are yummy! My son liked the chicken philly.

Ordering experience 10/10, the guy taking my order was wonderful and informative when I told him it was my first visit. The rest of the process could use improvement. I ordered a hot sandwich and was expecting the opportunity it’s to customize the cold options like lettuce, no tomato, add jalapeño kind of situation. That was not the case and the sandwich was handed to me from a back counter, fully assembled and bagged. The other cold sandwich I ordered was Ok, there were multiple sandwiches prepped at the same time and confusion about who’s order belonged to who. I appreciate the food safety awareness because the sandwich was touched so many times and I noticed an immediate change of gloves if something non food was touched. After paying there was continued confusion with which bag was waiting for what sandwich and who had paid. The staff was working together well and doing their best. I haven’t been to another location but from an outside perspective, they’re all just doing their best and there isn’t a good workflow for the variety of stations and...

I came in this past Saturday 5/23/20. First time customer, generally I work through lunch at the clinic, but that day we had time to step away for lunch. I went in about 12:45 pm and was greeted from all 3 members and treated very politely. Never having a sandwich from Jersey Mikes before, I had no clue what I wanted. I went with the simple philly cheese chicken sandwich because you cannot go wrong with a philly. The crew took care of me and I told them hit me with whatever they normally put on the sandwich. They had wonderful service, quick, easy, and affordable.

Long story short, I sat down at work and ate and wondered why there was no more sandwich after that delicious order. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for...
