First off this strip center opened not that long ago, so how do all these businesses have so many reviews? I think most of these reviews are being done by bots. Anyway, I got a regular Philly cheese steak sandwich. The menu says what it comes with, but they added toppings and sauce I didn't want, ask for, or even like. None of the stuff they added came on the sandwich. I threw it away. Despite having added nasty toppings the actual meat itself is flavorless and nasty. The staff was lazy and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The woman at the cash register taking our order didn't know how to put it in. I dont know how this place is 4.9 on Google. They won’t take coupons. I am never coming back, the manager always refuses my coupons (even though they are charleys cheeseteak coupons and do NOT say for participating locations only), then he offers to give me $1 discount. How about either all locations allow coupons or they dont. You cant have one location accept coupons and the rest not, especially when they are mail coupons. It’s just ridiculous. Whole point of me going there was ONLY because I had a coupon, then i ended up having to pay full price with a lousy 10% discount? Hell no. Food’s not that good to be doing all that.
