Ordered double chicken for my dinner. The person handling the protein gives me 2 scoops that are half full of chicken and even shook the scoop a little to knock some back in the pan. So basically I got charged for double chicken on a 1/2 scoop plus 1/2 scoop equaling a single serving. Not cool. My total was $20.63 with tax for a regular Penne with Marinara and a regular drink. At 6:52pm everyone witnessed a huge fight between some employees in the left rear side of the kitchen. Everyone eating in the lobby froze including me. There was a line of about 10 people including kids that also heard foul language and saw it all. Everyone looked at each other. Many just walked out of the restaurant. Heard things being thrown in the kitchen as well. Praying everyone anyone near by or involved are ok! Soon as I heard things crashing and noises of things being thrown, I decided to leave along with the many other people who got up and left as well. Regional management please review the cameras from 6:45pm till 7pm Friday March 21 at the 20711 Tuckerton Rd Ste 300 location. Looks like the police were called out and arrived before I left.

I had tried this place many years back in Vintage Park but then it closed down. This location recently opened up near my house in Cypress so went to try it and it did not disappoint. Ambience was good and cozy with nice seating. Was greeted with a welcome upon entering which was nice. Lots of customizable options too. I ordered the Spaghetti bowl with fire chicken and hubby got the steak wrap. I ordered the larger bowl size which I definitely could not finish so next time I will order the smaller portion. Protein portion was generous and it tasted super delicious. Best part! Came out smoking out and freshly prepared. The wrap was also good but a bit dry. It’s good that you can add any veggies / sauces to your food as you like. Also downloaded their app which gives you a free Piada cheese stick which sadly was very cold and seemed like it had been prepared a while back. I am sure it would have tasted amazing if it has hot and fresh. We also got marinara sauce with it which was good. Friendly and quick service. Will definitely be back. Also liked that they have few options for the kids and also a drive through!!

The days of asking for cayenne pepper are officially behind me! I love my pasta spicy, so I’m usually the one asking for cayenne or bringing my own. But Piada’s Diavolo pasta with hot chicken is a game-changer—it’s perfectly spicy and absolutely delicious! Even my husband, who’s not usually a pasta fan, couldn’t resist it. The lobster bisque was decent, but I prefer bisques with chunky pieces of lobster. I know that’s not the norm, but some places do it, and I love it that way. The portion was also decent size. I will be back for a quick pasta or salad indulgence when I’m in the mood.

I love coming to this place especially after a nice long workout. This place is an absolute must try place. They always treat me well when I come in. This has become my go to place when I want a quick bite to eat. I always have great service especially from Callin. Callin is a great person and he is always working hard. He cares for the customers. I come here so much and he always remember my order and my name. He always has a great attitude. I’ve never seen him have a bad attitude and I come here multiple times a week. Thank you, Callin. Keep up the great work.

Now for the chefs.. Chef Robert! Every time I come in, he already knows my order. He asks with great attitude about do I want the usual. Remembering somebody can be hard sometimes but not for Chef Robert. Thanks for all your hard work Chef Robert and making me feel welcomed. Chef Erika, you already know I appreciate you too. Thanks for remembering me as well. She always has a smile on her face and treat the customers very well. Definitely had to give a shout out to you Chef Erika. I appreciate your hard work! If you want some great service and good healthy food after a nice long workout, definitely come to this place! The power bowl and the basil pesto bowl are the go to options for me but they have a lot of other great...

Went in 40 minutes before the store closed wanting a simple plate of pasta with salmon. Waited 5 minutes just to get greeted at the counter, as all of the employees looked at us but no one wanted to come help us. Finally one of the ladies came over to us and with a very negative attitude asked us "what do you want?" We told her 1 regular bowl of pasta with salmon, which seemed to have bothered her, as in, how could we even dare ask for salmon. When we asked how long it would take she said 8 minutes, and when we were checking the time before the store closed to not inconvenience the staff, she said, again with a very rude attitude, "We're about to close".

Long story short, we ended up getting a bowl of pasta by itself, paid and left. I've worked in restaurants for a long time and I would never come in 5-10 minutes before closing, but I feel like coming in 40 minutes before the store closes should allow us to get food without inconveniencing anybody, especially since we were taking the food to go. During this whole time they were starting to take the entire line apart. Terrible experience, especially as I've eaten at other Piada's before, but I will never go to this location again, and I recommend you...

I scheduled a pickup order for 4:30PM. Realizing that I would not make this scheduled pick up time due to traffic, I called the store to ask if it would be okay for them to wait to make the order. Since the order was already made, the offered to remake it once I arrived. I finally arrived at 5:05 and they decided to make my order once I got there. The lady sweeping asked me why my order was being remade and I told her that it was because we were 40 minutes late to picking it up. She immediately walked behind the counter, in earshot, and gossiped about me to her coworkers, saying that I should’ve just ate it cold. Essentially making it a big deal that I was having my order remade, when that is what was offered to me. My new order was missing the parmesan sauce so I went up to get it. When I went up there, she continued to make comments which lead to me crying. I suffer with extreme anxiety and have been on medication for the past 3 months and this traumatic interaction caused a major setback in my progress. I felt like each of the female workers were very rude and were mean girls to me. I love Piada but lost my appetite for this restaurant after...
