❗️WARNING! THIS ESTABLISHMENT TURNED MY WHOLE FAMILY AWAY AND SERVED A GROUP OF ASAIN GIRLS AFTER THEY TOLD US THEY WERE CLOSED!!
I had to give it a star in order to review. My family and I walked into this place and was told it closed. Without a thought, we smiled and said thank you and walked out. As we walk out a group of Asian girls walk in … and get served by the lady at the front who said they were closed. I walked back in and mentioned to her “ you just told US your establishment was closed and you’re serving this group.” WOW. I’m black by the way.
If you’re African American and reading this, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
This establishment is racist and in front of everyone, the lady told me “okay, that’s fine!” when I told her I would leave a review. So there it is. You want to give people grace and hope this world isn’t so set back in our mentality, but whoops - there goes an ignorant human who wants to act like folks who don’t look like them are beneath them. Girl, the things I could say.
SHAME ON YOU!!!! Shame on...
Read moreUpdate* The shop has corrected everything from the first time we visited. The drinks are great and taste great and we definitely will be coming back. Awesome job guys.
We recently moved to the area and were excited about this new location, our home feng cha was off Greenhouse rd and I-10. Sadly the drinks we ordered weren’t on point, I know it’s a soft opening and brand new crew but both of our teas had no taste, maybe it wasn’t steeped long enough. Also, our foams did not taste like typical feng cha flavored foams. My wife got cheese foam and I got tiramisu foam, but they both tasted the same as each other, more like just regular milk foam with no taste. It’s understandable that something like this happened due to it being a new spot with new staff but it is a bummer when you go to your beloved tea joint and not get the experience you were excited for. I hope the crew makes corrections, if not we will have to wait to go to one of the other locations when...
Read moreThat is a great Boba place. There were two kiosk in case it gets busy due to help facilitate ordering. They did have a few crane machines to play and lots of board games very inviting atmosphere clean facilities although I’d say that they could probably do a better job at tentatively wiping down the tables between patrons however I think it gets busy in the back with the drinks as our table wasn’t wiped down before he sat down and there was a little stain of residue of food However, nothing that a napkin couldn’t wipe up the strawberry shortcake was delicious fruits drinks were enjoyable and not overly sugared nice option to be able to add additional sinkers would recommend and look forward to going back. Note that this is a five to $10 drink depending on how many things you wanna add to it so it’s not a cheap drink experience Parking lot shares with other restaurants and stores so it might be a little bit difficult to find a...
