Service is truly disgusting. I ordered a takeout at the register specifically asked for a side of mac and cheese for my kids, cashier even showed me the different sizes they offer. He repeated back the order in broken spanish which i have no idea why if I myself took the order in english. Once i get home kids are super excited for mac and cheese just to find out we got extra mashed potatoes instead… No problem, I immediately sent my brother back to retrieve the mac and cheese, while at the same time trying to call but they seem to have the phone disconnected or decide not to answer. They were super disrespectful to him he ended up buying the mac and cheese. I finally was able to get ahold of them 30 minutes later/30 calls later where the manager (woman) is completely disrespectful as soon as i explain the situation in the most respectful way possible. I myself worked at a restaurant before i know what it is to deal with rude costumers and have always made it rule to not be one of them. She hands the phone over to the cashier not taking authoring as a so called “MANAGER” i’m not even blaming the cashier at this point. He hands the phone back to her and she starts yelling at me to bring back the food for a refund as if my kids weren’t starving and had ate majority of it. But, stopped by for a quick sandwich...no customers in the restaurant as I stood at the register for nearly 5 minutes waiting to give my order, finally I ordered and the woman could not understand why I did not want a drink. She wasted my time almost insisting and completely unable to understand me. She kept telling me a drink made the meal cheaper...that's not true. I left without a meal. Read moreReally bad customer service was treated with total disrespect by store manager and employee's I was simply asking to change out my chicken order because it looked old and not crispy at all but I ordered extra crispy chicken one would figure the employee's would be alot more polite since they just received a 25% pay raise $20 an hour but yet they are still rude and disrespectful towards customer's. I also can hear the employees mocking me in the background cause I called corporate totally unprofessional by the employees and store manager.
