McDonald's — Restaurant in Cypress

I am sorry to say it was terrible experience. Five of us were arrived about 9:45pm tonight and ordered 4 senior coffee and one small coffee, 3 coffees are decaffeinated and 2 are regulars and 20pcs of chicken nuggets and 2 Large French fries and because of the late night of the day it was pretty slow hardly any customers were there. However, our order came out very late, and regular coffee was very watery and nuggets had few black crumbs. I politely asked lady seemed like manager(Jackie) is that coffee is watery and nuggets don't look okay and she was not responding well and saying will remake for the order and we waited long enough no one responded back to so I went back to her and ask what happened to our order and she then preparing our order together and I was waiting to get the order and tried the coffee again still the coffee was very watery and I asked her again is McDonald's regular coffee is watery then the decaffeinated coffee and her attitude is getting worse saying 'maybe the coffee machine is not working right We made fresh coffee twice' I didn't want to argue with her we were there to get the good McDonald's coffee and good chat with friends. Unfortunately we didn't get the time of good coffee and good time...

Horrible service! I bought food and a woman (the manager?) told me after I already had paid that I can’t eat inside. I asked why politely considering I had already paid for my food. They said they were refusing service to students. Confused I asked why they are refusing service after I already had paid for my order. Considering I was with my younger brother and we already paid I refused to leave and told her we would leave after we were done eating. We were not disrespectful in any way shape or matter. We were polite about the situation and we were not disturbing anyone. We did what everyone does, ate our food and left. We left our space clean and we were no where near loud. We went again on a different day and the same manager? Told someone to tell us we were not welcome. Again after I had already ordered. I asked why and the worker said due to the incident prior. The manager was rude and disrespectful demanding us to leave. I said that if I am paying for my meal and not disturbing anyone why should I leave? I am very upset with the situation. This location is absolutely not managed to be ran as a good business. This is a fast food restaurant but they take far long to get orders out. They have a terrible time converting from breakfast to lunch. Lunch starts at 10:30am. They seem to not be able to be 100% ready for lunch at that time. So they wind up sending multiple cars at the drive through to the parking lot for their orders while they have sent other cars to wait in the parking lot for breakfast. That is insane! Also if you use the kiosk to place an order, they tend ignore the table number that you enter on your order and call out your table number from the cashier station instead, with no warning. What in the hell is wrong with their laziness??? What in the hell is wrong with this place in general?? These guys can't even keep an eye on the overflowing trash can that is right outside their front door! This restaurant sucks starting from the owner right to the manager! I cannot say anything bad about the regular employees. If they have bad leadership, than it is not their fault for how this location is ran. If you do not have good leadership to keep things on the straight and narrow, than everything will fall apart. AVOID...
