We went through the drive thru for our lunch today. Mr. Safae B. took our order, he is the manager at this location. We went home and served our kids the food we just bought and my son saw that the bun on his burger was moldy, at least the size of a half dollar. My husband immediately went back, took the burger and receipt with him and asked to speak to the manager (which turned out was Safae, the man that took our order). He proceeded to insult my husband by accusing him of bringing a moldy burger to him from days before, my husband reminded him he took our order 15 minutes before, and asked for a refund again. Then Safae brought out an unopened package of buns from the back saying thats what they use.... My husband eventually received his refund but at that point it wasnt even about that anymore. I have no words to express the irresponsibility shown to the public and our family by that manager and staff by them serving us a burger with mold that far gone on it. Not only was it irresponsible on their part, but he then had the cahones to accuse us of doing it on purpose.... He insulted us on top of their disregard.... How is that an acceptable part of the Dairy Queen franchise? DO NOT EAT HERE! I do have pictures.

Today's visit was by far the worst. So many things went wrong. I ordered 2 banana splits, 2 blizzards and a meal. First, the banana splits were very under served. Literally barely and icecream in there, I kindly asked if they could add more. Drive thru employee was polite and apologized and asked me to pull up to the from while out food was ready and they corrected our order. We finally get our order, my large meal had small fries, my burger did not have the toppings I paid extra for. My snickers blizzard barely had any toppings in it 95% icecream and 5% of whatever it was they mixed in there because there was no snickers for sure. I would avoid this location, I understand they were busy but as a paying customer paying full price I expect to receive my order as requested. As you can see in the picture, they used a rotten banana for the banana split. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would've. This place has become pricey for the low quality you receive in exchange.

Every time I have gone to this location they have managed to get my order wrong in some way. The employees clearly do not care and dont do their job correctly. This time I ordered a mixing bowl blizzard and there is practically no chocolate in the ice cream, and what little there was wasnt mixed well. All of my other visits have had similar problems. Ive never reviewed before now and Im truly angry and unimpressed that I have recieved such subpar service. I understand this is a minimum wage job, but you could at least make the food correctly.

Every time I have gone to this location they have managed to get my order wrong in some way. The employees clearly do not care and dont do their job correctly. This time I ordered a mixing bowl blizzard and there is practically no chocolate in the ice cream, and what little there was wasnt mixed well. All of my other visits have had similar problems. Ive never reviewed before now and Im truly angry and unimpressed that I have recieved such subpar service. I understand this is a minimum wage job, but you could at least make the food correctly.

I usually don't give bad reviews, just typically don't go back. But this last go around at this particular DQ has hit a nerve. Hopefully someone reads this and something is done.

The following happened 2/7/2022 between 6:40pm and 7:45pm.

Long story short, waited 45 min for 1 chicken finger basket and a steak finger basket. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant for 30 min out of the 45 min time frame.

Long story: Walk in the door about 6:40pm, noticed not a single person in the restaurant and about 4 employees behind the counter/kitchen area. We place our order and the ticket is time stamped at 6:45pm. Ordered a chicken finger basket and a steak finger basket, and a blizzard nothing out of the ordinary.

All is well we grab a seat and proceeded to wait. A family of 5, 2 young girls, a baby and parents. We proceeded to have our family conversation and time went by.

Kids were playing around thr table since the dinning area was empty. That's when the person that took our order realized that we had not gotten our food yet. She then went to the back to, what I am assuming, find out what's going on.

After about 25-30min other people come into the dinning area. That's when we start to question ourselves where our food was. They help a few people at the counter, and we start to see food coming out.

2 other families that came in after us were served their food. I went to the counter to ask about ours. That's when I realized that our food had not been made.

At this point we are about 40 mins into our wait time.

With the look of frustration on my face the gentleman took my receipt and went to check on our order. After about 3 min another person came out to tell me that our food was coming right out.

Now at this point I am very frustrated being that we have waited for 45 min with no food and saw other people's food come out. I ask them to just cancel the order and refund if the food had not been made, I was ignored.

My wife stepped in to speak to the manager, and well, that was not much help. After arguing about the service we ended up getting our refund and leaving the establishment.

Now I fully understand that there are teenagers working the counter and kitchen, but they should have been properly trained to produce a chicken finger basket, steak finger basket, and a medium blizzard in a timely manner. If the employees are not properly trained then the manager should be out front helping instead of in the back making cakes while there are paying customers waiting.

Also, I would suggest some of the employees hold all paraphernalia activities till after working hours. I know the place was empty but it's not a good look for the place...

We stopped in on 5/4/2024 to order a special I saw on TV, however to discover they do honor that special. The cashier called the manager Renard who was very rude, he told me that is a special through "American DQ" and they are not us. First of bad experiences with this man. The cashier went on to take my alternate order (she was very soft spoken could barley hear her) she mistook my order, by the time i noticed it she was gone. I asked another employee to view the error. The receipt said an orio blizzerd instead of an order of onion rings. By this time the cashier came back, she did not know what to do. I told her to just give me two orders onion rings since the price is almost the same and I would be ok, she said ok. They brought the onion rings out but no food. Eventually the food came out but was wrong, they brought two burgers we ordered a burger combo and 4pc chicken strips combo. I took it to front Rennard snatched bag sd ok, never apologized once. So they brought the order out but there were no fries. Took it back up to front Renard sd, "what' wrong now" I told him there were no fries. He did not apologize again and proceeded to ask the cook , what is missing on this order using a disciplinary tone with him right in front of me. He was speaking to others about this in the back, I told him if they got what i ordered and look on the receipt I would not have to keep coming up to him. He while still in the back got the fries put them under the heat lamp place as when the order is ready. He told me he was not going to do this with me, i asked for his name still from the back pointed out on his shirt his name. Eventually the cook came from the back gave me the fries and sd he was sorry. I will never go to this location again, this guy has no customer service, much less managerial skills. He made it seem as if i was in the wrong, the receipt...

Where to begin… It is so sad that customer service has fallen so much and that establishments employ individuals like Alan who insulted embarrassed and absolutely made a terrible lasting impression! My mother and younger brother went to this Dairy Queen earlier today and unfortunately we’re attended by Alan. My mom requested Mr. Misty Float an old favorite of ours that unfortunately is no longer on the menus but can still be made(I get it all the time).

Alan messed up the order and instead of fixing and taking responsibility he insulted my mom by saying “ we’ll we do thing the modern way not like however you guys did it back in the day”. My mom remained composed and asked him to fix it after receiving more confrontation from Alan she asked to speak to his manager.Alan then proceeded to tell my mom that his manager wouldn’t let him make it the way she wanted the float that his manager had told him not to. My mother then asked for the managers name and Alan refused to provide his name or his managers. We found his name on the receipt my mom got. After this the experience doesn’t end there Alan then slams the drive in window in my moms face. She drove off not realizing he had not even given her the ice cream she paid for. She pulled back in and Alan again slammed the drive through window on her. Luckily another employee completely the opposite of Alan helped my mom get her ice cream all while Alan kept trying to shut the window in her face for the 3rd time. None of us in the family are ok with this and we will be...
