Horrible! Untrained lady at register couldnt even enter orders correctly. Got frustrated & tossed receipt at me & said for me to find her mistake. My order contained 5-4x4's, three sandwiches, baconator fry & a salad not too difficult. After I found her error someone else rudely said all she did was miss a 4x4. Then I noticed a reference to Dill tartar on receipt & asked what that was, same rude person said, " we dont have that anymore" i said I didnt order any just wanted to know what it was instead if. She said just forget about it. Turns out it should have been Honey Mustard. Asked for help picking up drinks, already had two large bags & a single drink, employee didnt want to do it, she stated she was busy. I had to raise my voice & state, Im a customer who just spent $30 & I require you to bring carrier of drinks to end of counter & hand to me. She did so but wouldnt open the door. Nice customer assisted me & offerred to help me to my car. Got home & had all the food but it was not bagged as ordered. Will drive a little farther to another...
Read moreI hate to complain, but the rudeness was unnecessary. Customer service does not exist. Saying you're welcome is not enough. Some menu items were not listed on the drive thru. When I asked about them, the person on the speaker proceeds to tell me they are there, but they weren't. I also let them know the items that were listed were hard to read because of a glare. They respond, " They are there." rudely. The items I was looking for were not there. Then, when I get to the window, my drink order was wrong and the employee proceeds to argue with me while their coworker ( I assume the person who took my order) agues that I made the mistake not her. I was slightly irritated with the customer service, thinking to myself maybe they are having a bad day or they don't like their jobs but you chose to be in customer service. Let me start off, I ordered a 6-piece small chicken nugget meal,15 minutes went by ...I still haven't received my order, so I go up to her and I said where's my order ????She goes what's your name? I said my name and she goes OHHH?? I said never mind just refund my money I'm going to Jack In The Box next door, she said okay. So I did I went to Jack In The Box and had a great experience there, then I went back to Wendy's to ask who was the manager on duty ,and she said it was her, Kimmy and I go oh okay thank you. So this is what you get from the managers on duty from Wendy's you get orders that are forgotten ,people that don't care ,bad customer service !!
