Pho May — Restaurant in Cypress

02/06/21 Sad to see that Pho Craft is gone. The owners were very nice, friendly and excellent chefs. I will miss their food and company. I wish them the best and hope they give it another try when we get past the current situation.

05/17/20 Update from the staff at Pho Craft:

We are happy to announce that we are open for take out orders beginning Monday, May 18th.

Our current Store Hours Monday-Saturday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Sunday: Closed

12/19 The House Special Pho was highly recommended and I can see why. The broth is rich and has a depth of flavor that reflects the use of cooking the soup with the bones for hours. We had a chance to speak to the chef who described how she makes the broth. No wonder it tastes so good.

A great little pho shop that has very savory and filling food. We ordered an appetizer of pork paste rolls. They were fantastic especially with that sauce that they provide. I got the chicken noodle soup or pho ga And my daughter got the beef pho with rare steak. Both dishes were absolutely perfect. This is a great little shop that definitely deserves more praise and attention. I will have to come out and try something other dishes as time goes on. This will be an easy task given that they have a pretty wide menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is extremely delicious and very savory. Play golf at Navy Golf Course at Cypress.. nearby there was pho restaurant .we happened to walk in and set down .order food we were very surprised .very clean and stuff was very nice and the food came out surprised even more food was very clean and very good and Portion was excellent and we order more veggies on the side and they served us more than we expected. from start to end they were very nice and food was very good all the way. I will definitely will return to this...
