Well well, let’s see, we got drinks, and appetizers and the waitress disappeared for 10 minutes without taking our order. we almost got up and left. I ordered the crab cakes, they were thin like about 3 slices of cheese thin for $14.. okay, my friend said her food was delicious. I took 2 bites of mine. There was no seasoning whatsoever. I asked her to try it, she said it was so bland. No seasoning all!! I asked for salt since none is provided on the table. She never came with the salt. I was tired at this point so I asked for a togo tray, I would try to take the meal to the hotel and season it myself. Once I got the togo box, I scraped the food off and wow, there was hair or something hair like under all of my food. I asked the waitress what was this? She said “oh it could be from the mushrooms or shrimp poop” 🤦🏾‍♀️ the shrimp WAS ON TOP!!!! I didn’t want anything, I didn’t argue, I paid my $37 dollar tab, left my togo box on the table and left. I will never go again. I’m not saying you dont go, cause my friend said her’s was delicious. But for me it’s a no.

First time eating here. Definitely will go back if we visit Dallas again. Our server was Tommy. Very attentive, explained everything without hesitation. Even gave recommendations. We ordered a few different items; Crabcakes, Dynamite shrimp, Chargrilled oysters, Parmesan crusted red fish with fries and Mac n cheese, and the Bourbon Red Snapper. Those Chargrilled oysters were hands down the best I’ve had. And I had a lot of oysters. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned (with the exception of the Mac n cheese it was a bit bland). There was a slight issue with my food (I don’t eat pork and my dish didn’t state it had any when I read the menu). But it was quickly resolved without any issues. The fish was cooked perfectly. Wasn’t over or under cooked like some places. Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven’t. Didn’t get a picture of everything but trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

First off, this place should be way busier than it is. Go try it now, don’t waste your time with the details of my review. Food - excellent. Great value, bold flavors, pride in execution. Drinks - very good and very well priced. Full bar, quality wines and beers. Service- high marks. Very attentive, high knowledge, and efficient. Not pushy, not cheesy, no hurry, just strong overall service. Atmosphere- music doesn’t match the decor/vibe in my opinion. TV in dining room was a bit of a distraction and didn’t match the quality of the food and service- in my opinion. Seating and decor were nice, clean, and comfortable. I will return every week for date night but I would not put this on my “anniversary “ dinner list of places to go. Casual, laid back, and great value (go here, not Pappadeux). Once fully dialed in, I can see this place getting very popular.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at an incredible seafood restaurant that left me completely mesmerized by its delectable cuisine and unparalleled customer service. From the beginning to the end of my experience, this restaurant exceeded all expectations.

As we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, setting a welcoming tone for the evening. The restaurant's tasteful decor, combining elegance with subtle maritime accents, created a relaxed and inviting ambiance that instantly transported us to the sea.

Now, let's delve into the star of the show—the food. The seafood offerings at this restaurant were truly exceptional, and as a seafood enthusiast, I was overjoyed by the extensive selection of fresh catches. Each dish presented was a culinary masterpiece, a testament to the chef's expertise and unwavering commitment to quality ingredients.

The highlight of my meal was the impeccably cooked ruby-red trout. Its tender perfection and harmonious blend of flavors left me spellbound. Equally impressive were the crab cakes, boasting an impeccable balance of textures and flavors that left me yearning for more.

What truly set this seafood restaurant apart, however, was the extraordinary customer service. The entire staff demonstrated an unwavering dedication to ensuring every guest felt special and cared for. The servers were well-versed in the menu, providing insightful recommendations tailored to individual preferences. Their attentiveness was impeccable, never intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience remained flawless from beginning to end.

In conclusion, if you are in search of an exceptional seafood dining experience accompanied by top-notch customer care, this restaurant deserves a place at the top of your list. From the moment you step through its doors to the final bite, you will embark on an unforgettable culinary adventure. The combination of mouthwatering seafood creations, the inviting ambiance, and the genuinely attentive staff make this restaurant a true gem in the realm of seafood cuisine. Do not miss the opportunity to indulge in this remarkable...

(From 2024) First time I ate here about two weeks ago I ordered the Cajun Fried Chicken tenders to go. They, the fries and slaw were 10/10. Fantastic.

Ate there again last night 02/19/24 had two orders of same (Cajun Fried Tenders). Over cooked or old grease (both). Had my daughter with me so didn't mention it. Ordered them to go so they'd be in a CLEAN to go tray. Tenders = 2/10. French fries not fully cooked. 1/10. Slaw good. Asked whether same chef as 02/17/24. Response unclear. Purchased $8 Brownie Al la Mode to save the meal. (Insert price is right looser sound here). Instant brownie mix. Not even sure it was Blue Bell. 2/10. Holy skit. And again I say nothing because daughter is with me. So pay $50 for a crap meal.

02/17/24 Saturday night. I drop in to grab a bite because I drive by it on way to a destination. Order Cedar Plank Salmon. 10/10. I'm praising God for a great place to eat without having to take out a loan. But wait. What's that? Smudges? On my plate? Omgosh. The plate is filthy!!! But the salmon is superb. I summon the manager as I ignore the DNA of the previous 36 users of this plate because m THAT hungry and the Salmon is THAT good. The manager visits as the waitress brings the next (empty) plate I ordered. Yep. It's filthy too. I show him the plate as I finish the salmon. He says "yes, de washer rinse de plate but our dishwasher no good". I point at him and say YOU are allowing this filthy plate to make it to your customers. Your guy should be had washing the plates. You simply don't have that much traffic here and you'll destroy your customer base. Didn't register. He indicates off night. Naw. He suggests Churros for dessert, that will make up for the dirty plate. I'm doubtful. He brings it I try them. Yuck. Deep fried cylindrical dough tubes with some filling. I eat half. Enough to confirm they shouldn't be served as food AND greasy. I expressed shock at first because I told him plate looked clean. No. No it wasn't. $40. Not...

I'm the adventurous eater in this duo, so I was shocked when the other half chose this place as a surprise. Upon entry, everyone was CoVid safe. Masks were worn properly and the clean up and atmosphere was amazingly clean. Bathroom included (wonderful smell and extra clean). Our server was Ody. Who was patient and amazing and super helpful with her suggestions. We took a while ordering but she gave all of the right advice. We started w/ the Calamari. Delicious. Fried fresh and the sauces that came w/ it were a treat as well!! THEN...walks over Alfredo!! He was pleasant, comforting and he brought us three of the most amazing soups to try!! The clam chowder, gumbo, and pablano soups were so fantastic, we ended up just drinking them all. lol. He told us all about his family and their businesses. He was super encouraging about happy hour and the new Alfredo magarita. (I'll be back for that next month for my bday). But let's talk food peeps. I had the shrimp ravioli w/ the most amazing sauce and roasted tomatoes. We had the hushpuppies and remoulade on the side (great as well). But the real show...the crab covered flounder and veggies. The picky eater had this and was blown away. We didn't get to the deserts, bc trust me, the food does the job!! Please go, experience these amazing people and their mouth-watering cuisine. It's all a breath of fresh air to our local area. See you all again,...
