I'm homeless and the struggle is real...I tried to call to get info about getting g help with food ..got hung up on not answered...just straight up like they answered and hung up....very rude ..but I guess eating isn't essential to not dying. Edited part.....I attempted again...and only after 2 and half weeks did I finally get a call back...but then they tell me the soonest appointment available to get food is a month away...that's stupid one would be dead of starvation by then. How does it make sense to have to make an appointment to get food and then be told to wait a month to get it and only after 2 and half weeks of waiting for a return call? It doesn't make sense. Look this wolrd is dying from hate and complete dysfunction due to well I say it ignorance and stupidity and the lack of people using their brain. Oh well though right? But I just take stick in my and my skillets cause it seems too many folks in this world clearly do know how to handle reality correctly. Folks I'll say it we as humans are goin to just have to start breaking rules to survive. And I Mena when one doesn't buy permits to hunt or fish so they can survive buy harvesting food. Not to go rob someone. Cause our gov and too many individuals on this earth don't have it right. Pray cause will will need to and have strength. Cause their is alot of blasphemy floating around driven by evil. And I will not sacrifice myself for the unworthy. And there is a whole lot of unworthy on this planet. It just clealry this place doesn't understand how to make things functional. And when ya tell someone to come by Ina review and someone tells them if ya have no appointment ya get not help. That negates all belief that the entity is tryin to be honest or help. Good luck with your souls and lives to all but if ya make bad choices ya go...

Went to this center about Month ago, seeking for some help with job hunting. After waiting for almost 2 hours I was finally able to see a lady, who walks me to her office only to know that there will be another lady sitting there and will be present in the room. My initial request was for financial assistance, which she told me they can’t do it; my send request was to find the assistance to get a job. Next 15 minutes she asked me all kind of question, including if i am Alcohol or on drug (I am free from both). After spending 30 minutes she told me that she will put this info in her computer and someone should contact me soon and I am still waiting for someone to contact me almost over month know. I also send an email to a person name Allison to this center, she did reply to my first email for me request to see someone who can review and help me to re write my resume, after my reply to her she never reply to my messages I sent her about follow up emails to set the time but no response from this person. I am not sure if these services are ONLY for Jewish community or all are well come? I am not sure because they did not say that at their office so I am assuming every religion and race is well come, i was very hopeful that I will get some kind of assistance to get the job ,but it did not work out. Disappointing Experience with Rabbi Howard Wolk

I recently reached out to Rabbi Wolk seeking guidance and support for my upcoming wedding. As a Jewish individual marrying someone outside of the faith, I hoped for understanding and assistance in finding a Rabbi to officiate our ceremony.

However, I was met with immense disappointment. Rabbi Wolk not only failed to provide any helpful information but also expressed discomfort in assisting me. His response was shockingly judgmental, as he suggested I "rethink my life decision" simply because my partner is not Jewish.

This encounter left me feeling disheartened and marginalized. As a religious leader, one would expect Rabbi Wolk to offer compassion and guidance to all members of his community, regardless of their backgrounds or choices. Unfortunately, his closed-mindedness and lack of support have only served to deepen my disappointment.

In the end, I found the support and guidance I needed elsewhere, but I cannot overlook Rabbi Wolk’s refusal to offer even basic assistance. I hope that in the future, he can approach such situations with more empathy and...
