So I’ve been coming here for a long time (+10 years) and unfortunately have noticed a decline in food quality and service. The staff are pleasant when they aren’t hiding in the kitchen or on their phones ignoring the store.
Is it company policy for foods to be heated up - sliders, tortillas, etc in the microwave? Or is that a store policy? I’ve seen it happen the last 5 times I’ve been - and sometimes it’s noticeable when not all of the slider is cooked through or the cheese is still hard but top bun is slightly warm. Not fun! Unfortunately, this visit today will most likely be last - after waiting a little longer than normal (no one else in store) I inquired about my chicken wrap. They said they needed to unfreeze it - no big deal. I watched the manager place the heated (we’ll get back to that) chicken strip on the bare cook top station while waiting for the microwaved tortilla to finish. When I unwrapped the unmelted cheese combination in front of me, I decided to take a look at the inside of the chicken, as it comes cut in half. It was still pink - not overly, but noticeable - in the very middle. I handed it back to the staff, explained and left. Do better please! At least I can buy y’all’s sauces...
Read moreFor many years this Arby's was my favorite location they had really great managers and a wonderful staff. However over the past several months it has gone badly wrong they are having many problems getting it right and I sympathize greatly with the dedicated employees that try to keep this location going. But unfortunately I've decided I must start using a different location. Also another review here is from a guy who showed up and found this location closed at the time it should be open and the owner responded that "hours may vary" & to call ahead to confirm....but i must push back against that: i was also there that same day & the problem was simply that nobody showed up to operate it & there was absolutely no signage to this effect- ever, throughout that day. So i need to say Arby's response to his review was quite lacking & uninformed. Read moreThis was my first time trying and probably last time. The food is pricey for what you are given. The chicken sandwich I had was very dry like it's been sitting out for a long period of time and reheated. Plus the person taking my order was a little rude. I could barely hear him and he couldn't hear me thru the speaker but unlike what I did by saying "I'm sorry I couldn't hear you" he yelled " What" real loud and rudely and said pull around like he had an attitude without the order confirmation or total given. Yea not a good experience and wasn't all that good.
UPDATE: Sent info thru form per the response from owner and never received a reply of course. But I expected that since most just respond to make it seem like they want to resolve the issue but most don't really seem to care or make it priority. At the end of the day like I said it was my first and maybe my last...
