I went to this location today around 4:30 , when I walked in the two people greeted me. I than asked them if they had a Ps5 the lady proceeded to tell me that they do and which one they had so I took a moment to ask my boyfriend if thatās the one he wanted ( he was on the phone ) so I returned back to the register and let her know that I wanted it. The dude Zack told me she would get me I was initially talking with him but he told me she could answer all my questions. Another lady than walked in while I was standing at the register letting them know that I want it and their focus immediately went to her. Zack than told me he could get me cause he back on the clock lol within 1 min. So I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to split my payments up because of course me and my boyfriend going half. I made my first payment than went to make the second payment with my card the first payment was tap. I pulled my card out he didnāt even ask me if it was debit or credit card I proceeded to add my card in and he went to stop me so fast like oh thatās a credit card I need to see ID he now has my card in his hand looking at it after I already told him itās a debit card. I work hard for my money literally paid 500 for an game system and was being discriminated on in the process Iāll never return to this location yall gave me the worse customer service really hurt my feelings really felt like he was trying to find a reason to not sell me my game. I had a picture of my receipt one with a showing the barcode and the other showing the whole receipt and also showing my POWERUP REWARDS hi said. Yeah I can return your items because you donāt have your Papel receipt I told him that I had the picture and if he can look me up on his system he should be available to see my account. He said she I see your account but he doesnāt see any items that I bought. I told him then why do I have a picture of my receipt and the items with me. He said I donāt know may be you had some extra one. He told me that I need it to go to the same location to return it thatās just crazy. I asked for the manager on that location SHALANA he said good look with that whatever that means.
I when back today 1/06/21 with my receipt I got there around 5:55pm the gate was closed so I called the store the employee answer the phone he said we are closed early today I said but youāre sign said 8pm Iām out side your door he said oh my system is down and is going to take me about 10minutes at least to come back on.
