Horrible. We ordered from this place a few days ago and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. My wife's was cold, slightly burnt, and look like it had been sitting in a tray all day. Mine was cold, tough, and dried out completely. I ordered chicken but I couldn't tell you if that was what is was. It may have been pork. . I ate 1 piece and threw it away. The rice was old and dried. Don't ever bother trying to get a refund. It's very curious how well they speak and understand English when you give them money. But complain or ask for a refund and "me no understand... You want spend more money Joe.....? Oh you want to give extra tip ? What.. I can't hear you. No speak English?" when I spoke to a supervisor he told me to "quit being big baby" . I demanded a refund and he cursed me out and said "F#@k you. Don't call here again." went to complain in person and he called me of fat redneck and called my friend a ni@@er. They should...

The truth is that this particular place has excellent dishes, made fresh and proper. Unfortunately, what they have in quality, they lack in customer service, an inaccurate menu & accountability. I recently had an issue with an order I received, where I had ordered a soup off of their menu, only without the vegetables that were listed on said menu. What they failed to mention on the menu was that they added every other vegetable that they had to the soup, and had I known that information, I would have asked them to try & leave out all of the vegetables or not have ordered the soup at all. When I called to calmly inform them of this, the person taking my call was extremely rude and had no interest in helping me with the issue, basically telling me to deal with it. The fact that I've actually given them a lot of business in the last two weeks since I first discovered their location makes this unpleasant experience that much worse....

The shrimp fried rice was good. Be sure to check your order if you are getting it to go. I wanted mine for dining in, but they brought it in a to go bag. It was missing soup and had only one pancake for moo sho pork. (Suppose to 3.) The General zaos chicken was soggy. Otherwise I think it would of been good. I think they putting it in a plastic container made it soggy. They only gave me one pancake for the moo sho pork and it was almost torn in half and fresh. The won ton soup tasted like they just put a beef bullion cube in hot water. The wontons in the soup were good.
