First time here and we were super excited but had a terrible experience. The cashier could not even be heard he was so quiet. I made a purchase with a 15% off coupon and later found a 25% off coupon. I asked if it would be an issue to return and repurchase with the 25% off and they said yes. My purchase was $5 more with the bigger coupon which made no sense. I asked if I could just use the 15% off coupon then. They said it was a one time use only. Okay?? Well this is my one time LOL Zero customer service and zero people skills. They denied being able to add a 15% off coupon and said I would have to call customer service. I’m in line why would I step away to call customer service when you can just add a 15% off coupon to my purchase? Ended up paying the higher price and to make matters worse two of the food items I got were expired. I wish I could just get my money back. This store was not worth the 30...

My first time here was great thanks to the organization of the store and the variety of merchandise and food items that are available. It took some time but I was able to find several things on my list including imported biscuits for tea time. The dinnerware section has a wide variety of colors and patterns for plates and bowls. Throughout the store there are clearance sections for random items that are worth looking into. This is also a great place for gifts for friends and family. Noah helped me at check out. He told me about signing up for the rewards which got me a 15% off coupon. He took the time to carefully wrap each ceramic and stoneware item I had purchased. I truly appreciated his patience and kindness despite it being the end of a busy weekend day....
