Dollar Tree — Local services in Dallas

I think Dollar store needs improvement the fact that the person I used to live with is the fake and he flipped me off the other day he's rude to another customer and said give me $5 or something like that like seriously that's not how you speak to a customer you don't flip a customer off second of all I believe the management stands out there and smokes half of the time and they are talking about other people and appropriately Joy one of the management her name is Vicky she's super nice and sweet and I believe the other employees need to get on top of the fact that this person that flipped me off needs to follow the dress code no matter what holiday it is you guys have a dress code you guys need to follow the dress code and it's always crowded boxes everywhere I only shoppthere because that's the only thing that I could afford at the time I think better...

Going through cancer. I need to shop at doller tree for some items. My card was dropped in the store. Couldn't find it. Explained to manager AL what was happening. He said he just put some cards in the safe but he will look for me. Then walks past me and starts ringing people up. He said customers come first. I said I am a customer. Finally a random customer said turn off your lane light and help this lady. After over 30 minutes he goes and looks at all the cards and ID's none are mine so by this time my card was really lost and he continues to say I yelled at him....which I did not. Some of the worst customer service I had at this store tonight. There was an employee there by the name of Ashleigh that was so upset because I told her the price for the candle on the sign was $1.25. She then told me she would not change the price becausethat qas the new pricw. I didn't want to argue so i just asked her to remove thwm from my items. 25 cents was not a reason to get upset at a customer. It was just a comment.
