New in the community and visited this branch to open an account. I entered branch masked up as required and waited for my turn. As I encountered the representative she asked me to remove mask and hat for a picture to be taken. I was a bit taken back but granted her wishes. As I put my mask back on and hat she again told me to remove my hat or either turn it around backwards. I called BS and turned around and departed. Customer service was not up to par. I understand we are in challenging times but this was deplorable to say the least. This person needs customer service adjustment. Not sure how they get 4.1 stars but good luck..I appreciate the manager reaching out but to be clear I did not or ever plan on opening an account there....
Read moreTheir staff is pretty friendly when I go into the branch. Problem I have is their website. It does not provide a way to do basic functions that other Credit Unions are able to do; Such as being able to pay additional principle on a loan without having to call in every month, if you don't call in and have a rep. do it for you, it's possible to get charged additional interest on the same payment. It's inconvenient but necessary at this point. Maybe one day their management and IT department will get their act together. If they're going through a third party for their online support, I can only hope they will change their contacts in order to make things a little...

THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! They will ONLY give up to $2500 per day OF YOUR MONEY. I was OBVIOUSLY super upset, and there was "nothing they could do for me".
