Cedars Woodfire Grill at Cooper Aerobics — Restaurant in Dallas

I just ordered an apple and Kale smoothie- a drink I get about once a month. It is watery and flavorless. No vanilla yogurt as advertised. She used tap water from the utility sink in my drink. But what’s worse is the woman who took my order, gave me change, and handled food, wasn’t wearing a mask. She also wore only one glove, and didn’t wash hands or change gloves between tasks or between customers. I asked about the mask, and she quickly put on a broken mask- it was only anchored above her nose. Wide-open below! Cooper is so safety focused, and this didn’t fit their plan at all! Cedars Grill fits with being at the Cooper Aerobics Center as the food is organic, fresh and well prepared. Delicious healthy selections. I eat there every week and love going to lunch there. Update: changing my rating from 2 to 1, ordered steak and black bean soup. Literally no steak in it. It wasn’t expensive but why advertise the soup as “steak” when there will be none....
