I literally just had the worst meal I have ever had at any Chipotle, ever. And I eat there weekly. I made an online order through their app. When I arrived, a couple of minutes early, I saw they were making my order. I knew that because the place was completely dead, no one in line and two people sitting inside already eating. Since I was early I went to the restroom. Came back out, saw my order sitting on the counter waiting to be put in a bag. Waited, waited, employees are standing around chit chatting. Finally, someone noticed I was standing there and came to put my order in a bag so I could take it. I get to my office, open this bag and encountered the worst meal. The barbacoa they gave me was just a bunch of huge chunks of meat and fat that I guess they thought I was going to shred myself with a single plastic fork. It is very obvious that the employees at this location are very lazy and possibly not at all managed or at least not managed effectively. A few weeks ago, one of your employees Dianna, left a one star review for is because she was told not to park directly in front of our store. She has never been in our store, but yet she reviewed us. It's in the lease that no employees can park in front of any business. There is a designated area for employee parking. I talked to the manager Miguel, but I think he's part of that as well. I've been in business for many years in different plazas, I've never had this experience before. Nevermind that it's in the lease, but inconsiderate to park in front of a business. Read moreI order my food to pick up at 5:30, I get there and leave my kids in the car wait for 5 minutes the restaurant was empty and the 3 employees at the front was just chatting chatting and chatting then I asked, what time is it? the lady in the food line answer is 5:35 if you ask because of your order it is late just 5 f....n minutes I said I am asking because I don't see anybody working in my order and I have my kids in the car. so a African American guy jump into the conversation and said that if I cannot wait he will take the food to my car but still not working in my order, so I told him why you don't keep working in my order instead intervening in this argument?...
