The pharmacy employee's could use a class on friendly customer service. They are very rude and don't care about their customers. This is not my normal CVS location that I go to but my CVS did not have the medication for my 9 month old grandson available until 3 days later. They offered to call around to a near by CVS pharmacy to see who had it available. This CVS on Forest and Preston had it available and they notified me that they had sent my prescription to them and to give them time to fill it. I went the next day because it was already late. When I got there nobody had any idea what I was talking about and didnt offer to call my CVS. So I called my CVS and they advised that they had faxed it over the day before and apologized that it was not ready. He offered to re-fax. So at that time I informed the clerk and she said "ok" started to walk over to what I thought was a fax but she didn't she walked off. At that time the Pharmacist asked me if I had a question because I was standing at the consult window. I explained to her what had just happened and she said that I needed to step over to the drop off window. Literally it was 1 step over. As I stepped over the clerk named Titi asked me if she could help me. I looked at her in disbelief. Didn't she just hear what I told the pharmacist? I told her that my CVS was faxing over a and before I could finish she said "fax will take 15 min" and she continued to do whatever it was that she was doing. 15 min really? for a fax to be received? No empathy what so ever. No smile or friendly service at all. I walked off to find a manager but the girl I talked must have been acting manager for the weekend and informed me to call back on Monday and speak with Cassidy the pharmacy manager. So I went back to the drop off window and Titi rudley said "I need your insurance" I got angry and expressed how rude she was and she got loud and asked what she did wrong. I told her that her mouth is what is wrong with her and that her being in customer service she sould be friendly and smile but she cut me off and said that she didn't want to hear it. Needless to say that conversation didn't go very well and looking at the other customers that were there they didn't look very happy either. I work in a medical environment and I can tell you if we gave customer service like that we wouldn't have...
Read moreCVS deserves zero stars for their utterly deplorable and incompetent service. My doctor called in a 30-day prescription, but I was told it wasn’t eligible until the 18th—32 days out, already two days late. While on vacation, I wasted hours calling, leaving messages, and enduring their maddening back-and-forth. The pharmacist I reached was outrageously rude, put me on hold to “count the days,” and when I politely pressed for an explanation, she got angrier, refused to explain, and hung up. She treated me like a criminal for trying to fill a legitimate prescription, making me feel ashamed for no reason. If they can’t count days properly, how can they be trusted to count prescription medicine accurately? After returning from my trip, I found out the rude pharmacist never processed it. Last night, despite being open, they refused to fill it because they were closing, forcing me to come back. The pharmacist last night promised it would be ready the next morning, but when I returned at 1:00 PM today, they said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to come back at 2:30 PM, wasting yet another trip. While there, I saw another customer who’d been there in the morning and told to return at 1:00, only to be told his prescription wasn’t ready either and to come back after 2:30. Katawanda was utterly unhelpful, offering no solutions or apologies, while the pharmacist wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge me despite clearly hearing the entire conversation. This pharmacy’s staff is an absolute disgrace, treating patients like garbage with zero regard for our time or well-being. Their shameful, callous attitude and blatant incompetence are a slap in the face to customers. They should be utterly ashamed of their despicable service, and I hope karma hits them hard—they deserve to be treated like the trash they make their...
Read moreRX #1 10/4/22 I'm traveling for work and had a prescription sent here. I was never able to reach anyone by phone. I'm currently using a knee scooter to get around and c had to catch an uber and scoot and hobble into cvs praying that it was ready with no wait since I had the uber waiting. Luckily it was and I was 2nd in line but they need to answer the phones. RX #2 10/14/22 I had another RX filled but somehow they sent it back here instead of my local pharmacy at home even after verifying the correct one. I had it routed to my local pharmacy but it said early refill since cvs had already filled it/waiting for pickup. My local pharmacy said I had to call and get them to cancel so they could fill it. I waited on hold for over an hour with no answer. I called from my 2nd phone and got the front of the store. I was hung up on with my 1st call because hec said he couldn't hear me. 2nd attempt he said he'd transfer me and walk to the back to tell them to pick up the phone. So I now had the same hold music playing on both phones. They finally picked up after about 5 more minutes. I was able to speak with a pharmacist who canceled the prescription. I was able to call my local pharmacy and have it resubmitted. They still need to pick up the phones. If I had an emergency I would be in poor shape trying to...
