Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Where do i begin? And on this i am going to try to be as fair as possible, ok?? Ok. Well i pulled up around 12.40 and to my surprise there was no line in the drive-thru. So here i am thinking i done hit the lotto thinking okay i am going to get back to work in a timely manner and still have time to goof off before starting my work again. I work less than 2 miles at a big company on the north side of 635. Well...that didn't happen. Now i am a salaried employee but i still want to be known as a good worker who doesn't take advantage of it. So i ordered pulled up....the cashier was sweet as gold but i could not understand what the wait was. I waited 12 minutes and they was not busy on the inside, as well. I thought well at least i get fresh hot chicken but nooooooooooooooooo.... I got hot #dryassburntchicken and then they had no ranch. So i done guzzled my drink down and i made it back to work just in time before my hour lunch was up wishing i had a refill on my soda cause the chicken was so hard to get the #dryassburntchicken down my throat. So i manage to go to the kitchen at work and get some cold water and the chicken still would not slide down my throat. It was just too burnt. Therefore, i will give this location 2 stars for delivering #dryassburntchicken and the cashier was nice but I don't see myself...

While Churches Chicken is my favorite childhood chicken place thinking back, its been awhile since their chicken restaurants in Dallas have had that same quality of fried chicken like they use too. We stopped by Churches Chicken on Tuesday here in Dallas off of Forest Lane..service was great..the lobby was closed..pretty early in the day for a closed lobby, as they already opened lobby from pandemic..i was disappointed a little..so i go to order through the drive through..we ordered the same family meal we always do which is the 16 pc mix 1/ 2 spicy half regular and all the sides..now i am confident at this point nothing will be wrong with our dinner..drove 9 miles back home to find..spicy legs and thighs, mostly legs and thighs in regular as well. We called the manager the next day..she offered a replacement meal complete of what we ordered. Ok still dont have any clue as to what went wrong, but I can tell you the quality has went down...

I WISH I CAN PUT ZERO STARS ON THIS LOCATION BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS SOME CHUBBY GIRL THAT WAS SO RUDE & CALLED MY MOTHER A “CRAZY LADY “ FOR ASKING THE FAVOR OF PUTTING SPICY CHICKEN TO COOK & WE CAN WAIT FOR IT , BUT THE FIRT THING SHE DOES IS INSULT HER & THE MANAGER DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ALL SHE WOULD SAY IS “SHE IS LIKE THAT” & SHE EVEN TOLD HET OH GO TO THE ONE AT HARRY HINES & GET THE CHICKEN THERE , & WHEN I GOT TO THE LOCATION TELLING THE MANAGER LIKE YOUR NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ? FIRE HER!! & SHE THREATENED ME TO CALL THE POLICE ,BUT WHAT THEY SAY IS “OH YOUR MOM CAME IN & EXPLODED & INSULTED” LIKE GIRL I KNOW HOW MY MOM IS ,SHE NOT BEING A RUDE PERSON LIKE YOU THERE IS MORE TO THE STORY BUT EVERYONE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION & SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE I HOPE THEY FIRE...
