Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

went in to get my dad, who is in the hospital about to have surgery tomorrow, the meal he requested. I walk in and ask for #6 (fish and macaroni as the side) the cashier tells me "oh, we actually don't have fish. We are all out. And we don't have macaroni, well we have some but I would have to cook it. So we don't have any." So I call my dad and ask him what else he wants, order chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and a side order of come slaw. she gives me the food and I leave. get to the hospital to eat and the chicken isn't even fully cooked. So I wasted $15 on food that my father and I couldn't eat. I look in the bag for the receipt and realize she never provided a receipt. I'm not one bit happy about the service, her not wanting to cook more food, and the food not being cooked properly. There were two other workers there (one they called Kiki on the phone in the back and one bringing in boxes from outside) yet they couldn't have food cooked and ready. it was around 7pm there should have been no reason not to already have the...

Had a chicken fried steak dry since they had no white gravy. I asked then if I could buy some brown gravy (since they didnt offer when they said they didn't have white gravy) told they had no more brown gravy either. Now I used to work for Church's Chicken, I know it takes less than a minute to make it. They are supposed to have all items available until closing. But no they just told me no more gravy, didnt even offer to make it. I had also ordered some original chicken wings original. They said they didnt have any, only spicy. I wish I could give this place a 5 star rating because the food is very good and service is good as well! The only thing is I came in and ordered two weeks prior and they forgot my side that came with my meal which was okra I called and settled with the manager Monica! She assured I could come in give them my name number and they would give me free okra to compensate how ever when I came in to order for my grandmother again I was told they couldn’t compensate me because the manager wasn’t there so unfortunately my issue won’t be resolved! I can only come this way when I come to see my grandmother so I can’t always just come this way or work around managers schedule I’ll take my loss and just check my bag before...
