I recently went thru the drive up after 10 pm on a Sunday and ordered the $20 fill up box, along with drinks and a large side of green beans (they had them at this location that day) since they were out of coleslaw. A young Latino guy at the window took my payment and had me pull over to the side to wait for my order. They didn't give me the big box that you see in the ads but put all my items in separate, small boxes inside a large bag. I didn't look thru each box to confirm my order before I left but realized when I got home they forgot the green beans. The cashier also didn't give me a receipt and I really didn't think to ask. Since they had already closed when I noticed they forgot my food, I went back thru the drive up the next day to ask for my side of green beans from another cashier. He asked for a receipt and I explained that I wasn't given one but wanted the side that I paid for. After explaining what happened to him, he told me that he's been in fast food for 12 yrs and hears this story all the time of people saying they did not receive an item and could not give me the food without a receipt. I am thinking, why would anyone go thru the hassle for a side of green beans but left with the RM name and number. I didn't feel like the hassle of explaining what happened again so didn't contact the RM. This store needs to train employees better to make sure orders are complete and to give people receipts. Read more0 STARS!!!! Came in to order with my family to dine in. Was not greeted too great, but whatever. I'm assuming her name is Yolanda, at least that is what it said on the receipt. We asked for 3 chicken drumsticks which she said was $1.79 each, so okay. We got charged over $10. We asked her why the price had changed and she said "that's why I told you that it was more expensive to buy them by themselves vs a combo". I said "I understand that, but why is it over $3 a piece when you said otherwise?" And she kept rolling her eyes talking about how that is when you include the tax and what not. Obviously she doesn't understand receipts. I asked to talk to the manager and she gave an attitude. She brought him over and was telling him that we asked for chicken and now we think it's too expensive. I corrected her and I told her that it's not what I said. I asked why she wasn't clear on a price for chicken a la carte and charged different. The manager was obviously not in charge and was backing up the poor customer service here. Both were RUDE!!! He asked what he wanted, if we still wanted to eat here or wanted our money back. They did not want us here. DON'T EAT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There have been clients here for over 30 minutes who still don't have their orders. Let alone, the workers keep calling out the orders like "4 pc meal" and not by the order number.
