(THE RUDE WOMAN SHOULD NOT INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS) I was there today for first time and it was a to-go order. The guy who put the sides was kind and welcoming. He handed me the sides and I had to wait for the entrees. After I paid, I was given a number and waited for my food. There was an older woman working who called my number, took my number placard, and proceeded to hand me the bags of food and then I left.

I was in my car setting up my GPS when I saw one of the workers wandering around the parking lot. Immediately I thought to check our order to make sure we got the right stuff and didn't forget to take one of our items, as we paid nearly $40 with tip for our order and it was a lot of food. Turns out, we had the wrong items so I opened the car and called the employee over and told him about the mixup and sure enough, he was also looking for me.

After we went back inside, I was telling the employee "it's okay, it happens. At least we figured it out before I left." The guy told me it's okay, no problem, and the older woman who gave me the wrong food bag decided to open her mouth and say “NO, THATS NOT OKAY.” I was shocked, especially because the mixup was her mistake. If it was not about the guest I had with me, I would have thrown the food in her face. I don’t know if she typically assumes random customers are trying to steal other people's food or what but it was HER mistake. You work there, lady. YOU called my number, took the number placard, and handed me the bags of food, which cost almost the exact same amount as the food I ordered.

I can’t rate the food since I did not eat from it after this horrible experience. I had no desire to taste it. And it is sad cz I felt the other guys were nice, but...

Ate here frequently for 10 years- once a week. Never again. They raised the prices and cut the portions in half. The reason they gave was "large poor families sharing one plate and stealing bread.." So instead of just being on the lookout for large poor families, they penalize everyone else. Even if they just raised the prices, that would have been fine- the food is really good and inflation affects everyone. But the same sampler plate I've ordered HUNDREDS of times has become a giant scoop of hummus and a handful of vegetables, all for 20% more than it was. The other location had an all-you-can-eat buffet that cost less than what they charge now, for what is essentially a child's plate of food. I'm just one person. How can you look at me and think "this looks like one guy, but he's probably actually a large poor family that's going to share one plate and steal bread.." I wouldn't be so frustrated if this wasn't my favorite restaurant for 10 years. And they've responded and said the amount of food is the same. It's absolutely NOT the same. I don't care about the price. Double it who cares. Go from 10.99 to 20. I swear I'll pay it. I just want to be able to get the same exact thing I've been getting since they opened, and not be told that i can't because of "poor people". And then have 3 different people eyeballing the entire trip down the line to make sure everyone gets the absolute minimum amount of...

I came here with co-workers last week and was greeted in a friendly way by a couple of men standing behind a counter of salads. I was surprised because I wasn't expecting 'cafeteria style' and needed a minute to look at the options. They suggested I take a seat right behind me in a booth. I took in all the delicious-looking selections in front of me but wasn't able to make a decision until my co-workers arrived and shared some suggestions. The place was almost empty at 12:30pm - lunch time, which was sort of odd. The soft music playing was very nice, probably better for dinner, but we all liked it. We took up a couple of tables in the back and everyone had something different. They were all happy with their selections. I opted for the lamb, as I was thinking Greek - thought it was going to be similar to Ziziki's and was looking forward to lamb loli-pops. The food here is very good, fresh. I did think the vegetables were cooked in more oil than was necessary but the mushrooms were delicious and so fresh. Staff was friendly, but one man started speaking loudly to another man which caused all staff to look at him, almost scared of him. He was speaking another language and I thought it was unprofessional of him to be speaking so irately to this man in front of customers. Parking is tricky in this shopping center, so be...

The food in my opinion was good. My mother loved it. But I wasn't too impressed it was unique and had its good dishes like the spinach and smoothie and lamb these were good. Although our Turkish coffee was made fresh and it was served nicely it didn't have the frothy top or the cardamom flavor I was looking for. They just served me an equivalent of Maxwell house and smelt like instant coffee. Was pretty cold and brewed without the sugar. It completely lacked the cardamon flavor. And foam top. I had to ask for a refund. Me and my guest were completely let down by the Turkish coffee and I drove nearly 70 miles away to be here for my birthday. I'm not coming back. And ended up driving to euless to Hala for the Turkish coffee they served. All though there place was desolate with few people that came to eat there. They're good was of better quality and the Turkish coffee was like a noble brand. Exactly what I want from my Turkish coffee. My birthday finally felt complete 💯. Fadi's couldn't compete with Hala. The atmosphere and food preparation looks great but food that tastes great and overall Hala had it. Fadi's couldn't compete.

We found this place before coming out of Downtown ,Dallas and weren’t sure how it would be. Some Mediterranean places really don’t have variety of food to eat and enjoy. Here at this location Dine-in during COVID 19 was still open for family friends and everyone was welcomed. Since, now a days Dine-in restaurants and places are closed. We enjoyed the cozy and welcoming environment, fresh and tasty food at this location. Definitely will come back again with friends and family and special Thanks to the lady who made fresh Zaater bread for my niece and brought it to our table, she really enjoyed it and we loved the service because customer service was good at this location so the prices were reasonable too, but overall experience was good with family and everyone went Home happy with lots of food to still take with them.😃Thank u everyone at this location, Everyone should visit this location with friends and family for a good experience and enjoy your time like we all did with ours.😀😀

Owner needs to be more courteous. I haven’t been to this place in 4 years and they changed a lot. Walked in puzzled seeing everyone and items. Couldn’t distinguish the sides and entrees. No pricing available. They hardly speak and rude. Cashier even argued infront of other customers and later said 1000 sorry. Too many things are arranged in small places and u will miss the important points. Also at lunch too many people infornt and behind you so you are making choices half minded. Employees are not welcoming, not courteous, greedy for money.dishonest., two sides, three side, four side differ by a 1$. But if you buy one side they charge you 5$. Never transparent with pricing. Owner chadi did run the receipt. Walked over to the table to prove customer wrong for a 1$ and embarrassing. Later said 1000 sorry. Don’t argue if you have any complaints with food or employees. Just pass this place next time. No customer satisfaction and the above pic shows 17$ food.
