Feng Cha - Belt Line Dallas — Restaurant in Dallas

I was recommended to visit here by some friends to see what I thought about the boba here. I generally try to refrain from chains, but thought I’d give it a try. When I entered, I noticed a few people inside and it was very cute and nicely decorated. I saw some locations that were setup for “IG moments”. I placed my order fairly quickly after seeing there was a Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba. I wasn’t too sure what the difference between that and the Dirty Boba was, but after seeing my drink it made sense. The ingredients are the exact same for both. The difference is that they caramelize the brown sugar (with a torch or something similar) like how crème brûlée has that crunchy sugar layer on top, and that’s what adds on the $0.80. The price was pretty moderate for a boba place.

Anyways, I didn’t find the drink that special. It was basically a glass of cold milk with some milk foam, sugar syrup, and that crunchy sugar layer on top. Fortunately, I checked the lid after being handed it because it nearly came off. The boba in itself seemed fresh, and that was...

Taro Heaven in a Cup – You’ll Want to Come Back

Popped into Feng Cha on Belt Line this last weekend and wow—this place seriously impressed me. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and it was incredible—super creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and you can actually taste the taro. The boba was soft and chewy, soaked up the flavor perfectly.

The vibe inside is cozy and really well-designed—minimalist, a bit artsy, and super clean. It’s the kind of place where you’d want to hang out for a while, either catching up with a friend or chilling solo with a good drink.

Also, shoutout to the staff—everyone was really friendly and patient when I had questions about the menu. You can tell they actually enjoy working there, which makes the whole experience even better.

Definitely planning to come back soon to try more drinks (and maybe one of their desserts too!). If you’re in the area, this spot is worth...

I came to Feng Cha with my now wife for the second time and it was just as good as the first! This time we got a Taro Breeze to share and it was an utterly delightful! Highly refreshing and perfectly made to fulfill a sweet tooth! Feng Cha has a way of making every drink vibrant and satisfying. They have a vast assortment of drinks to try at various levels of sugary sweetness. We will definitely go out of our way to come again! My now wife had a few thoughts of our experience:
