I walked in on Sunday to exchange a nonstick frying pan that had a scratch on it that was a Christmas present. As soon as I walked in, this woman acted like I was trying to steal something and kept asking me weird questions when I told her the situation sheâs like oh no, you have to have a receipt. I literally had just come from another location that said I can exchange it for the same item, but they didnât have one in stock at the moment and suggested I check that location to see if they have anything in stock, she kept insisting that That she can exchange the item she said well the manager just went on break. Heâll be back in like 45 minutes. Extraordinarily rude unprofessional Cendant, I highly recommend you do not shop at the store Or for this point any other locations because they have poor customer service they wonât even exchange a Christmas gift because I donât have a receipt because it was a Christmas gift so hence no receipt I wasnât asking for money. I wasnât asking for credit.    Read moreYesterday evening at around 8 pm I was going to the front of the store to checkout, I went to cashier number 1. Mikeisha was her name. I set my things to check out and was texting on her phone for about 20 seconds, not acknowledging me standing there waiting for her. When she finally looked up she had to put some go backs out and told me â id be right with you I wasnât ready â. Well yeah because you were one your phone!! She then proceeded to scan my 3 items. One of the items was a little stool. It didnât have a price on it so Mikeisha went to go look for the product to do a price check. She comes back with a different stool that wasnât the same color or size as mine. She then asked me if I wanted a tag on it in case I needed to return it, I said yes. She then rolled her eyes as if I was annoying her by doing her job?? Once I paid my 3 items, out of the 2 items, she put them in a big bag and handed me my stool not in the bag. I then said â youâre not going to put the stool in the bag? â she said â I mean I can if you want me to â. Like yes maâam!! You gave me a big bag that you shouldâve put all my items in.    Read moreThis isnât really a complaint against the store itself but store manager. At one point, I saw her helping other staff members open the cash drawers so I just assumed she was the manager.
I walked into the rug aisle and she was cleaning up some rugs that were laid out in the floor. She seemed to get increasingly irate and unstable she began talking to herself about always having to clean up after messy women. I and another shopper became uncomfortable and left the aisle. I saw her a few times throughout the store after that and she was slamming merchandise around and continued talking to herself.
I realize she may have some other issues she might be dealing with aside from work but I think Iâll pass on this particular location after...
