Ginger Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Dallas

I recently went during lunch and ordered Drunken noodles and an order of Chicken Satay and they were Raw! At 1st i thought maybe is not chicken but the i took a really good look at them and yes they were Raw!! I didn’t have time to go back to tell them because i was on lunch break so i had to go after work at 5:00pm with i did but i called before i got there ( no one answered) so i got there and the place was closed and on google it said it was open, i could see people in the kitchen so i knocked and they just ignored me lol so i waited there because i knew someone was gonna open eventually. 7min later the cashier got there and unlocked the door, i told her why i was there and she told me i would get a refund by the end of the day. First time there during dinner around 7pm. There was hardly no wait. I learned you can sit wherever you want. The people that work their were very friendly and caring to our needs. I ordered the crab noodles and I must say, it was wonderful! I have never had crab like this before. Juicy, meaty, fluffy, and yet, it tasted so light to me. My partner agreed with me. He got the sesame chicken and steamed rice. When they brought out his rice, he asked if he could change it to brown and they didn't give us a problem about it. Though his brown rice was about bit dry, everything else was great.

You want a cozy home like environment and some thai, you gotta least try Ginger first. This was my first place I tried Thai and I loved it! I can't wait...

I went Ginger Thai yesterday with 2 of my sisters and I must say, that the waitress, (a young female), was extremely rude and impersonal. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived & we were the only customers there. She didn't greet us when we came in and was very unfriendly and stoic. It also felt as though she didn't want us there. I'm African American and do not want to accuse anyone of being prejudice, but it certainly felt that way not being able to make sense as to why we were being treated in the way that we were.
