It'll Do Club — Restaurant in Dallas

Well, the great part about this place is the talent. They book the absolute best artists from all corners of the world. This place has a very underground, dark and rave type of vibe. The most important thing here is the music, plain and simple. The bar is decent, the drinks are strong and reasonably priced. No VIP lists, no dress codes and no fashion show vibe here. Pure, unpretentious clubbing for music lovers. Definitely more of a under 30's crowd, but you will see people of all ages, cultures, races and walks of life in here. A very cool and friendly atmosphere.

The bad part? The bathrooms are a nightmare. There is only two urinals and one toilet inside a closet sized bathroom for the men, not sure about the women's situation, but they had a long line too. Their bathroom was also the size of a closet. The lines for the bathroom were at least 25+ people deep all night long. The wait was a minimum of 15-20 minutes or more to use it. That can really ruin your evening, as you want to drink and party and have a great time, but you're scared to leave your spot to use the bathroom or get a drink because it will be almost 30 minutes before you make your way back. Very irritating.

The place gets PACKED, and very hot and sweaty in there. It's impossible to enjoy yourself if a huge big name DJ is in the booth, because it will be so hot and packed that you will want to leave. The air conditioner is almost non-existent, so prepare for a super hot, sticky, smelly and humid environment all night long. And its located in East Dallas, in a very sketchy neighborhood full of homeless people, thugs, drug addicts and the dealers looking to sell to them or you. Not very appealing.

With some modern upgrades and remodeling, this place could really shine. With the talent they book, it would easily be the best nightclub in Dallas for dance music. The bad location, bathroom situation, sound system and heat just are not worth it for me for most nights. However, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves electronic music and wants to dance. Week after week you will see some of the best talent in the world...

So, I have been frequent to the Sunday church (goth night) for around 5 years now. It’s one of my favorite things to do as far as Dallas night life goes. It used to be held at the lizard lounge before that was shut down in 2020. I remember how sad we all were over that; and then I heard that the new location for the church will be held at it’ll do! Let me just say, it’s a smaller venue, but it is by no means a disappointment. It’s such a cool spot, with their ceiling rave lights and large outdoor patio space, complete with the chili dog and nacho stand (super cool guy, great prices, great food to satisfy your bar munchies), killer dark wave music and lovely goth night regulars❤️ One of my favorite things about this place is the warm staff. (They all worked at the lizard lounge prior). You can count on them to always keep everyone safe and entertained!! Courtney, the door lady is A SWEETHEART, and I always love walking in and seeing what cute make up or FX make up she’s got on that night. Since i first began attending the church 5 years ago, she’s made me and so many others feel welcomed and at home. Brian and Byrd, the bartenders are super sweet-and very efficient and fast when it comes to making drinks and they make them very well. You’ll never wait in line very long, no matter how long that line is. Two of my favorite Bouncers are Chris and Michael- they have always made me feel safe and I know they will have our backs if needed. ❤️ this venue is DEFINITELY something to check out, if you haven’t yet. May 15, 2025 - I went to see Klangkarussell and left early.

Let’s be honest, when I walked into It'll Do Club, I half expected to see a pair of roller skaters whizzing by. Spoiler alert: I wasn't that far off—this place feels like it time-traveled straight from a 2003 skating rink.

The ambiance? All the charm of a barren warehouse in rough need of a paint job. The place was virtually empty until 10:30 PM, at which point it transformed into a gathering of some truly...unique individuals. If you enjoy crowds that scream “drunk degenerates” and “coke enthusiasts,” then congratulations, you’ve found your paradise!

The vibe was somewhere between a basement party and a dimly lit waiting room—about as upscale as a Friday night at the local dive. Honestly, if I were Klangkarussell, I’d be rethinking my career choices. I mean, why settle for this place?

If you’re considering a night out, I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless your idea of a great venue is one that named themselves “It’ll Do” for a reason. This spot felt like a ghetto—an atmosphere that could drain the fun out of anyone.

If you’re in the mood for a night that leaves you questioning your life choices, then by all means, come to It'll Do. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and search for venues with a bit more pride in their reputation. A disappointing venue like this makes you think twice about even wanting to listen to the talent that...
