J.Pepe's Catering — Restaurant in Dallas

I typically order delivery to my job on lunch. This time, I ordered the Taco's al Carbon and as always they were amazing... here is the kicker... They made a mistake and only gave me one taco (it comes with 2). The gentleman that answered the phone when I called to inform them, was very sweet and helpful. I thought they were sending the delivery guy back but it turns out the man that answered the phone was the one that showed up. He was very sweet! He was extremely apologetic and so polite! I absolutely love the food here, but the SERVICE is what is REALLY GREAT!!!...

Last week It took over an hour for me an my wife to be seated, when finally seated it took our waitress 15min to take our order and when I asked for water she gave me an ugly look, I happened to be seated where I could see her dump my glass in dirty ice with flies all around it. My wife's enchiladas where obviously cooked in a microwave cause the middle was ice cold and my nachos, that I got 20mins after my wife's enchiladas, were soggy and cold. And to cut the rest short the waitresses service was terrible and...

Low key place with homemade tex mex taste. The corn and flour tortillas are HANDMADE fresh here. They are awesome! The food is delicious too, and the prices even better! Try the lunch fajitas or the Caldo de Pollo for those cold fall/winter days. The service will not disappoint either. Very good overall. Only downside is that it's a very old building and the a/c and heater don't work and they will either have fans or heaters on to keep the customers...
