For approximately a year i order staff lunch from this location. 29-34 box lunches once a month for my staff. Used to call and the manager would look my order up and place it with no problem. I decided to walk in and order the same order i do over the phone and was told in person they could not locate my information to place the order and we would have to wait for a manager to come in and place the order, safe to say that month i ordered from Jersey Mike's. I did call Jimmy johns manager who immediately recognized the order and i explained to him how it was handled. Today my staff selects Jimmy Johns and we gave them another try, i call and ask for the manager. the young lady that answered the phone states she is the manager. I proceed to tell her about our order and how the manager looks up the previous order i place, her reply is the manager will be back in a hour, call back then. No Jersey Mike's took my order immediately and we will continue to order from them moving forward. Spend time training your employee's and the value of not letting the customer go without processing the order or securing the order. I guess my $4200 a year is not enough to warrant...
Read moreHonestly I just want the hours of this location to match what it says online. The past 3 times I’ve tried to go there (always on my way home from work, between 5-6pm), a handwritten sign is on the door stating they closed at 3:00, another time it said 5:00. Today I decided to call before going (to make sure someone was there) and I let the phone ring for about 4 minutes before deciding that no one was there. Both their website and the Google search state that they’re open until 9pm. I get it if it’s a one-off thing. But hours of operation should be kept current, in my opinion.
Totally fine if you need to close earlier due to staffing issues, but at least update Google to reflect these changes. Really annoying to never know if this location (closest to where I live) will be open or not when I’m going within the posted...
Read moreI had ordered for delivery for 4:00p and the order never came delivered for over an hour. I called the location and spoke to the manager offering to remake the sandwiches or give me a full refund. The delivery service is third party now so once the food leaves their vicinity, it sounds like JJ is no longer responsible for it. However, when I chose to have JJ remake the sandwiches, the manager delivered beyond expectations which is why I leave this 5 star review. Although the delivery was not good and JJ decided to use third party deliveries, I cannot fault the people at this location. But what the manager and employees did to make up for it even though it was not their fault was beyond expectation. For that, it deserves 5 stars. Recommend the location. Do not recommend...
