I think i have found my new favorite Thai food spot! Food is incredible. I ordered take out and they were very fast. I ordered my standard when it comes to trying out a Thai restaurant for the first time, Pad Key Mow, chicken, Thai spicy. Also ordered a Crispy Spring Roll and a different type of spring roll, a Laos spring roll (see pictures). First and foremost this comes with an order of four in each spring roll order....!... More than enough for one person... But I'm happy to have some for tomorrow.... The two orders that I got would be enough for 4 people easy. Y'all... So crispy... So savory... Very much different than the egg rolls at most of the Chinese restaurants around. These are the real deal! The photos of the Laos spring roll do not do it justice. That is fried rice paper on the outside and delicious meat etcetera on the inside. The picture is not terribly appetizing but the flavor will be worth the "risk". Pad Key Mow was on point! The Thai spicy was very subtle and snuck up on you, but not too much if you like spicy food. Sure they could have made it spicier, but then you tend to lose a lot of flavor over just having the hottest thing you could endure... The middle ground was a good spicy but flavorful as well. That being said, I certainly would not order this for my mother who doesn't care for spicy foods. It would have set her mouth on fire and she would not have been able to consume anything else that this lovely place had to offer... So it's got some spice if you order 'Thai spicy'. If I was really hungry, I could have probably eaten the entire thing without thinking about it cause I'm def a lil fatty and the portion was just right for me to stuff myself on rather than saving some for later... And i would have... BUT because of the delicious crispy spring rolls two ways and how much I know I want to have this tomorrow as well, I was easily satiated eating half of the main course and saving the other half for tomorrow (plus the remaining 4 (2 of each... Yes, I already ate 2 of each of them... Shut up... Told you I was a lil fatty) spring rolls. See the pictures I somehow managed to snap before gobbling up (yes, gobble) this incredible Thai deliciousness... Though I must confess, I couldn't resist eating one of each of the spring rolls {just to taste the difference!} pre-photo shoot.

I'm not at all sorry I did it either...

Cool guy look away from the sunsetting

Oh, the dipping sauces for their corresponding s. roll were hella bomb too( & plenty in each order for 4 s.rolls).

I am 100% ordering from here again.

One could eat there, seems very cozy and very clean, not a ton of seating but that is totally fine with lil ol me..I prefer to call in and take out anyway...

I'll attach a current menu picture, but they said this week they should have some to go...

When we placed our order, we were told that the soufflé pancakes would take an hour because they were backed up and that the rest of our food would be prepared when those were ready. Still, we decided to place our order and wait. Since it was quite busy in the restaurant itself and we noticed that the staff seemed pretty stressed, we went ahead and went to a coffee shop near by and were told by the cashier that our food would be ready when we returned. Mind you, we were extremely polite and told the staff it was completely okay if our order took some time. We didn’t care about the wait as long as we were able to try the food and not stress the cooks out more than they already seemed. However, when we came back, we had to wait another 20 minutes just to be told that they ran out of the pancakes. Although we had our order refunded, it was frustrating to see that people that ordered after us got their food first and that the whole situation was passed off as normal. I can’t speak to how good the food here is since we never got a chance to try it, but I can say that I left the restaurant with a bad taste in my mouth with how we were treated by the staff. The food looked great, but with the fact that we waited over and hour just to be turned away, I don’t know if I...

If I could give this place 6 🌟, I would. The service was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and attentive without a hint of overbearing. The food was even better with some of the most delicately nuanced Thai flavors I've experienced. We started with a papaya salad at a 3/5 spice level. It was perfectly balanced between sweet, hot, and salty. I had the beef and basil friend rice at a 4/5 spice and it was out of this world, tender beef with perfectly fried rice, basil, onions and peppers. My partner had the Grawpow (sp?) Chicken and loved it, noting the diced chicken as a welcome change from ground chicken he is used to with that dish. We don't usually dessert.... But we opted to after cleaning our plates. The Ari mango tower... Save room for this one.... Three bowls with butterfly pea flower coconut sticky rice and mango on the base layer, black rice pudding with coconut cream in the middle, and a scoop of a superbly balanced coconut icecream in the top bowl. A vegan's dream dessert.... Such a beautiful accident for a sunny 🌞 spring Tuesday in Dallas. We can't wait to go back with more people! Keep up the good work Ari District. You've thoroughly...
