This is not our first time ordering from this place; however the poor customer service has caused this review. I called to order the food for few of us in our department, and the lady didn't want to directions for the driver to come to a specific floor then rushed me off the phone. Once the food arrives the same person who took the order also delivered the food (excellent voice & speech recognition). I asked to confirm that all condiments were in the bags, she wasn't reassuring, stated they are provided upon request, and quickly rushed off. Once we all began to eat our food the spice was immediately unbearable & we could not enjoy nor finish eating them... this is not our first time ordering these dishes as spicy. I called the restaurant to explain the problem with the food being much spicier than previous times we've ordered the exact way, the lady (same who took the order and delivered based on voice & speech) explained they changed the brand of the spice they use and it is spicier, and I explained it's unbearable and causing our stomachs to be upset and burn. The lady stated they have no more delivery until 1pm and if we would bring the food back. As I was about to inform our limited lunch break and no one able to leave work she placed me on hold then the call disconnected. I called back, got a different lady, and proceeded to explain everything again. The lady kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain with a tone of "hurry up & lack of concern", she then quickly commanded me to hold without waiting on a reply. One minute later the previous lady picks up the line and nothing was yet accomplished... she only stated they have no more deliveries and we could bring the food back after work (meaning still be hungry at work). I suggested they provide a warning of the spice brand change, and even cut back the measurement amount since it is spicier than the old brand. As I was talking she would try speak in the midst of me talking... I eventually got a chance to tell her not one person even apologized for the overkill of spice added to the dish... while speaking she said something then the phone went silent with her...
Read moreDO NOT GO, IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY. This place was close to my job and wanted to try it out. I placed mine and a co-workers order and they mentioned that the order will be ready in 10 minutes. It is snowing, but I still take the risk to drive there to buy their food and get there in less than 10 minutes. When I get there I mention, to one of the girls that I have an order is placed for me. She was lost and could not find my order. Then a tall Asian lady jumped in, very rude, asked, "What did your order, ma'am?" I told mentioned now to her, when she had heard me the couple of times I already had an order. Then she comes back to me and tells me, "No order is here for you. You will need to order. Can I help the next person?" Without even asking me if I would like to place an order, knowing it is snowing outside and people need to get to work. My co-worker decides to go ahead and place the order for 4 plates. We pay and we wait 30 minutes. We are losing time for just coming here and picking up the orders and still have to wait more to get our orders. She gives us our orders and they were not correct. She only gave us 3 plates, when she knew we were ordering 4. We tell her you already messed up twice, what are you going to do about this. She doesn't help us or even care for our services. LAHOMA "THE MANAGER" WAS RUSHING, SPEAKING OVER ME, CAUSING MY ORDER TO COME OUT WRONG. PATRONIZED ME AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME A MOMENT TO RECAP MY ORDER, WHEN I ASKED CAN YOU PLEASE LISTEN TO ME SHE SAID "LET ME GET YOU SOMEONE WHO WILL", I WAS APPALLED. THEN TRANSFERRED THE PHONE TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (MELISSA) WHO ALSO LACKED TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND ACTIVE LISTENING, COULD NOT EVEN GET MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION CORRECT. WHEN I SHOWED UP IN PERSON HOPING TO GET TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER/ OWNER FOR A RESOLUTION SHE DENIED CONTACT INFORMATION SUCH AS TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, OR A TIME OF AVAILABILITY. ONLY GOT "YOU CAN MAIL A LETTER" TO THE BUSINESS ADDRESS. LIKE IF IT REALLY IS GOING TO GET TO THE INDICATED PERSON. I SERIOUSLY CAN NOT BELIEVE THE A CUSTOMER COULD BE TREATED THIS WAY AND NOT BE ABLE TO EXPRESS A CONCERN TO UPPER MANAGEMENT.
