Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

I decided to stop at this location on the way home. I love doing food reviews. However, for this review I decided to not share images in order to not cause further embarrassment for this storefront. Will I ever go again No. The chicken was dry but, has flavor. It had been sitting under the light only GOD knows how long. To be honest for the amount of time it took the staff to fix the dinner they could have dropped a new batch. She put my food in the microwave to heat it up. This could have caused further dryness. The red beans and rice were discarded after two bites I wanted to make sure that they were not edible. And, they were not. The rice for the beans was beyond awful. The beans had no flavor just pepper 😢 Just because you are located in a subpar area doesn’t mean that you give mediocre service. Have some dignity when being of service to your patrons. Your client base could have your business booming if you took better care of your product. You’re exchanging your passion with your customers and at this level there is no passion at all in your store presentation and the loud converstations that you guys...

I ordered twice through DoorDash. The first time once the order got to my door, it was missing a chicken sandwich and a Mac and cheese. So I got a refund through DoorDash and placed another order for the missing items thinking (surely they wouldn’t mess up twice) and sure enough, as soon as the second order hit my doorstep (chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese) the chicken sandwich was missing :/ I just wanted a chicken sandwich and this place denied me of that TWICE! So my boyfriend called up there to figure out what happened and the manager Joanna claimed to have not seen the chicken sandwich on the ticket but when she went back to look, she seen it. If you’re going to manage a food place, it would be wise to read a ticket throughly to insure customer satisfaction. Her solution was to place a third order through DoorDash, buying the items for a THIRD time for her to make it right. I will not be ordering from here again. The food we got was blan anyways
