La Hechizera Tortas — Restaurant in Dallas

This was my first time here and the last. I ordered the carne asada burrito without beans. It was pretty tasty, however not only did I wait close to 20 minutes when I was the only customer in there, but also the burrito had very little meat AND I also ended up paying over $15 for a burrito and a diet coke. I should have driven 3 more minutes and gone to Taco Bell instead for a Power Menu Bowl for half the price and definitely more satisfying. The young lady that took my order did smile somewhat but it looked like it hurt her to smile. The service wasn't bad and she wasn't rude, but it could have been better. It sure wasn't worth $15 plus $1.50 tip which I selected when I paid .... before I got my burrito. Overall, it is a nice, clean little place, pretty tasty food but the price definitely does not fit the portions and the service...

Ordered here today and I was thoroughly disappointed for many reasons. -do not order if you're not okay with waiting 20mins or on your lunch break, you will be late. -ordered specifically no tomatoes and got no onions instead and I HATE tomatoes so it made my torta soggy and just off. -asked for only salsa Verde and got only salsa roja fries were okay but the portion was small for almost $3 -called on the phone to talk to management about my issue and cashier basically gaslighting me saying I did not ask for no tomatoes when I always specify that request. -GO TO RIO GRANDE NEXT DOOR for a better Mexican food alternative, probably...

This was my first time trying this establishment and I cant say enough great things about it. Their customer service is superb, Alejandra took care of us from the beginning till the end.
