I just left this location trying to get dinner after a long day of work and school. My first time visiting this location was 9/14/2018 I noticed the portion was smaller than the Samuel location but I tried giving them another chance. I checked my food before I left the drive thru window and realized there was only 3pc of half chicken dinner. I requested a refund and the employee stated I can't have a refund if because I touched the food then proceded to get the manager. I went inside the building to speak with the manager. I asked the manager why the employee was rude and hostile. I proceeded to question the manager is the employee a man or women so I can refer to the employee by his/her gender. That's where I "messed" up. The employee got loud and upset and begin to call me B** and invited me outside the restaurant to fight. This is unacceptable. All I wanted was to get food and go home considering that I'm tired from a long day. Employees should be cautious of approaching customers in this manner because it's dangerous. What if I was a violent person? What if I had a gun in the car and as ready to let go of some rounds. Their life could've been ended in a flash because of an unsatisfied customer. You have to choose your battles wisely is all I'm saying and this behavior was so unprofessional. I'm going to pray for that employee that clearly has some deep rooted self esteem/self...

Unfortunately there was several items missing when I called to try to speak with someone I was placed on hold so long that I had to hang up and try to call back once I spoke with someone and explain the situation they told me to contact DoorDash. I explain to them that I order through their company online, once they put me on hold and spoke to the manager, they never came back to the phone . I called several times. They kept sending me to voicemail after me spending my money at their restaurant to have an order delivered. They gave me one of two options to come and pick up the things that were missing or are they offered to refund I. I called several times. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a Pollo Regio. Geraldo, was the one who took care of us. When walking in to the restaurant, my husband and I asked if we could try the horchata. He said only if we want some tequila in it. I told him sorry i dont drink. He said yeah sure. Only with tequila though. Next, I ordered half chicken, and asked if it comes with limes and he said no. I looked at the picture and told him we always get limes in the bag and if we want more they never hesitate. Then, he proceeded to charge me for the limes. I told him nevermind no worries. I said I dont like how were being treated and charged. He said if you dont like the price then dont come back here. There were flies everywhere.
