I am not sure who the manager is but a few months back maybe a year back everything was great service and great food. Lately watermelon is spoiled and in bad condition and they force you to buy it like that. Employees whisperer among each other after some of us will be finding out that we are being charged for additional items. Items will be missing key ingredients that make them delicious such as the avocado, jalapeños among others, even after specifying that you want everything on the order. Many things can be tolerated, but the fact that people will be eating bad watermelon or food in bad condition can definitely very be very dangerous. Also stealing from customers is not very professional. When my mother complained about the watermelon, the lady was refusing to change it to fresh watermelon but eventually did get better one. The young lady that took our order, was so rude. I said my order incorrectly which it happens and as soon as I told her my correct order nicely, I even apologized because she had already started doing the order.
