I hate having to do this but it just annoys me getting such poor customer service.I drove about about 20 minutes to get to Burlington Coat Factory which is now Burlington only but when you look it up on Google it takes you to this location and lo and behold I arrived there and there is maybe one rack of coats.! That was not the worst part of it all. when I get to the register after finding a few other things I needed but I'm meant to buy at a different store, I step up to a cashier named Rachel, she starts ringing my items but then the so-called manager comes up to her and they start talking about work-related issues but it stops Rachel from being able to finish up with me efficiently and quickly and let me be on my way.so they are chit chatting along and I noticed that she double rang me with an item and when I was about to mention it to her she raised her hand as if shutting me up and stopped me in the middle of my sentence and said "I know I'm fixing it" which was so rude. When I ask who the manager is she pointed to the woman standing next to her. I told her I think she should speak to whoever she needs to in order for them to change the way they are marketing themselves online or on Google Maps whatever it may be. Her response was (more or less) that has nothing to do with me you can call corporate if you want to. Basically she couldn't care less for my dissatisfaction. Now Idid find a few things i needed and i think the store offers good deals on other things but bad customer service, to me, akways overcomes the need to purchase items at a certain location.. Read moreI gave them a five point star and the reason why I did is I enjoy shopping. I can remember the last time that I was in Burlington I really did have a terrific shopping experience. The last time that I purchase something from this store matter of fact it was a hat it was made kind of different. Maybe I can say odd what really matter is I like it and also when I work I have so many compliments on it also people ask me where I bought it from but you know I had to tell him Burlington Burlington Burlington I always have liked to shop at Burlington's Coat Factory. What woman don't like to shop. Or more or less put on a budget like me sneaking it into the house hiding it in my hiding spot. And when it come down to the winter time they have some Dynamite prices on their coats for the winter time. Almost forgot to tell you I don't like when it's crowded the line is so long this is Friday Saturday in the afternoon and I can't say Sunday because I don't shop on Sundays at this store I guess you can say is worth it that's how good it is huh. Read moreI was only in the store to return two coats. The problem was that I only ordered and paid for one coat but two arrived. The other issue was the coat that I wanted was mad for a small child. I had ordered the coat from Burlington online. The customer service of the young lady at the register was great but the store is disorganized. There was no one supervising the lines so. The couple in front of me was suppose to go to register number two but instead they went to register number 9. Some how I lost my place in line due to some agreement the couple in front of me had with the lady at the register. I do not know what they were speaking about because it was a conversation in Spanish, but someone should have let me know what was going on. I did try to find another coat but the selection was poor.
